## Spinning Wheels Reviews in Australia

### *---- "Doesn’t work"
Honestly I feel stupid having paid for this subscription for so long. For months now it has not worked, every time I update the start of my period it forgets that information. Every time I open the app I have to “restore purchases” and restart it, and this never fixes the problem. I feel like I trusted Jane Hardwick Collin’s and this trust was misplaced. There is no support that I can find to troubleshoot it.
-- RoseGraced, 2025-09-03

### **--- "Great concept but needs improvement"
I really want to use this app, and if it worked well it would be exactly what I want as it provides much more wholistic tracking and integration into life than other period apps. But unfortunately the tracking is so unfriendly for anyone without a regular cycle, and that’s part of the reason I want to use it so I can work on balancing my cycle. It’s difficult to retrospectively change the date of your period if it doesn’t match the predictions: it asks if you want to update the new date you are logging to be day 1, so you select yes, but the old predictions still appear on the calendar and appears to override your own entered data and makes it very confusing to use. When I subsequently try to track the amount of blood each day after day 1, it keeps asking if each subsequent day should be updated to a new day 1, because it doesn’t recognise I am tracking a period outside of their predictions. This has happened for multiple months when I’ve tried to use it and the cycle dates are all wrong and I can’t figure out how to fix it, not for lack of trying. Please work on some updates to improve the usability for irregularity?

### *---- "Not user friendly"
I really want to love this app, and the concept is amazing, however the period “prediction” only gives you one setting choice and is not flexible if your cycles aren’t exactly the same length all the time… and you are unable to delete data (days you are bleeding) if you entered the data incorrectly which messes up ALL your other data. Now I have no idea what my cycles have been because it never shows me what day one is anymore after turning off the prediction settings. I’ve tried turning it back on but it doesn’t show anything accurately. This app needs some serious adjustments, I also dislike the performance zone — it feels like pressure and also makes the app look way too busy with all the colours and overlay. Simple is so much better. It also doesn’t work unless you have internet, and it also doesn’t let you close the “unlock now” pop up even though I’ve paid for the app.

### ***** "So great it’s female-centric and ethically created"
It’s great to finally see an app for women & females from a real world person with deep insights and understanding on the topic. Most period/cycle tracking apps don’t carry that great reverence to these vital evolutionary, biological and social practices.
-- WellingtonReview, 2023-07-15

### ***-- "Love the concept but miss having the cycle day"
I love this ap and I really want to use it but I can’t wrap my head around using this as a cycle tracker when you only see the calendar day or the phase of your cycle. For natural family planning I personally like to know the exact cycle day particularly in the mother phase of life while post partum and breastfeeding with a changing cycle.
I’m not sure if I’ve missed something in the set up of this or it’s not included in the ap. But sadly I’ll need to go back to my old cycle tracker

### ***** "Incredible!!"
This is what I have been unknowingly waiting for, for what feels like forever! Finally I can truly understand my cycle in relation to the cycles of the moon. Thank you Jane 🙏🏼

### ***** "Best cycle tracker"
Very simple to use and full of great prompts to stay connected to my body throughout the cycles.
-- Elise_Cl, 2023-03-13

### ***** "Track all the cycles in one app !"
I love how this app also tracks the moon, seasons, life stages and menstrual cycles. It helps you feel connected to the planet with loads of extra info as well as the usual period tracking uses.
-- Ellie Christiansen, 2023-03-10

### ***** "Incredible. Every woman needs this."
There’s no other apps like this on the market for women. Connecting my own cycle to the rest of the cycles of the earth and moon with a daily reading to see where I’m at. As well as protected data! This is epic! We all need it. Thank you.
