I purchase mg hector from then after delivery next day I reported 3 issue , door lock not work , break n clutch issue n

Go to spinny only if you want to have a horrendous experience and be ripped for prices they offer. I cannot post the videos of the service they provide here but beware the hooliganism and the ridicule they make of the customers

They rushed me into paying the entire amount of 9.91 lacs on the same day for delivery. I had to transfer amount through multiple accounts fur to limitations with daily transactions. Ford ecosport that i received had major faults and accidents when i got it inspected through official service centres and raised for a refund on the 3rd day of my purchase. Now they are delaying the refund with a new issue/reason everyday. I have major trust issues for the tall claims they make about instant refund. I have my 9.91 lakhs stuck with them.

Please dont ever buy a car from them. They are running a scam of selling wrong and problematic cars.

Never response on time. Still I am waiting for my car value but no any response from spinny end after too many request.

They gave me a faulty car.

I purchased a car from Spinny in May 2024. Even though the sales experience was ok, the Spinny team has shown immense incompetence and uncooperative behavior post purchase. I still don’t have my car’s RC after 6+ months of purchase. They first misspelled my name in the RC and then sent it for correction post which they lost the original RC. All of this is a ploy to exhaust the customers 1 year warranty period so I would strongly suggest to not buy car from Spinny. You will regret and keep following up for documents that you deserve to get.

I listed my car for sale on spinny. The initial price that they offered was quite decent which made me accept their offer. But then when you accept their offer they schedule for a pick up and just before that they comeup with certain excuses and renegotiate their offer. Thir sell right is just a scam so that you reject all other offers and then they put in a whole list of deductions on the price that they offer. Their customer team is absolutely unprofessional and they have no knowledge on the transfer process what so ever. They claim no hidden charges but before pickup read put a list of charges right from pickup to some madeup agent charges. Please reconsider all other offers before considering selling ypu spinny in hopes of a higher valuation.

I have Wagnor 2014 model Car condition is good(3rd owner), when evaluate price online it show 1.35-2 lac range, then I received call from Spinny representative she say that , online valuation is nominal, our representative come and check your car , I said ok. Representative come and did 2 hr of inspection, after that they quote mi 1.25 lac for my car.
