## Spirit Animal Power Description
Fulfill your potential and access the best of yourself now.

“The Ultimate in Self Help… The high quality recordings entertain, relax, entrance and help get results rapidly” Yoga Magazine

“I was aware of more clarity, better mental organization and breaking with past thought processes in a very easy and effortless way. I'm amazed that remote hypnotherapy can be so successful.” J. Feinmann, Award Winning Medical Journalist

This app created by Darren Marks, one of the UKs leading and most effective hypnotherapists, uses a process called the power animal journey. This is an ancient method of connecting with inner strength and power used by shamans and healers for thousands of years. A power animal, depending on your personal belief system, is either an imaginary animal or an energy pattern in the form of an animal that represents the type of energy and power that is most useful for you to connect with at any given time. This is not a specific animal like a pet you may have owned but the essence of a particular species and the qualities of that species translated across into human terms. Once you have made the connection you can tap into these qualities simply by imagining the animal within you or by you.

Features:
*A powerful guided hypnosis session for connecting with your power animal.
* A traditional non verbal drum version of the journey
* A non verbal white noise version of the journey
* Free access to all Harmony Hypnosis apps when you subscribe to Access Inner Power. This allows you to continue to use Harmony Hypnosis to improve your life in all kinds of ways for years to come.
* Relax Completely Hypnosis Meditation
* A choice of beautiful, relaxing video animations to run with the audio programs
* Video interviews to help you understand and feel comfortable with the process and to simulate as closely as possible what it’s like to see Darren in person.
* Additional tips for understanding and connecting with your power animal.
* Spirit Animal Power integrates with the HealthKit so you can keep track of your mindful minutes.

### ***** "Great for people with chronic pain!"
This is terrific app and helps me with my chronic pain. I am 51 years old yet suffer from chronic pain every second of every minute of every hour of every day. I suffer from Peripheral Neuropathy as well as Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis. I have the entire collection of these apps and they all help me fall a sleep at night and that is well worth the price. The visualizations are also fantastic and they help me with the pain I feel every second. They provide a "distraction" and I can't express enough that this app as well as all the others are my prescription I carry with me all the time! They beat any medication, procedure or physical therapy choice that I've ever had! Thank you so much for helping us who live with the invisible disease of "chronic pain". Nobody would guess that these apps and the IPad would help so many with physical limitation and PAIN! Five stars plus many many thanks!
-- Film less Soundtracks, 2011-08-31

### ***** "Incredible"
Once again Darren Marks has produced a work of brilliance; Access Your Inner Power. Finding your power animal and learning to use it is one of the greatest and most beneficial techniques you can learn. The techniques may be applied to all areas of pain: body, mind, spirit and emotion. Darren's tone of voice and volume is exactly correct for the listening ear. It's very gentle and relaxing. The words are simple in an everyday language. He allows you to go on your own journey into your own world. You can not get "lost" or feel threatened, but you do feel secure with the sound of his voice. I also adore the music. It's very well suited for this hypnosis. Darren is certainly gifted and will amaze you in every way!

Thank you for sharing your amazing talent and giving us another 5 star hypnosis app!
-- SinSue, 2011-07-21

### ***** "Access Your Inner Power"
This hypnosis has helped me to push my limits and widen my perceptions of who I am and who I am becoming. With Darren's strong and gentle guidance I’ve been able to access the ancient power and wisdom that lives inside of me, which is applicable and relevant every day of my life. I am more focused, relaxed, and just a better person overall now.

I have attended many seminars, bought many books and CDs, and purchased several apps on hypnosis. Darren Marks is the clearest and most talented hypnosis instructors that I have listened to, in my opinion.
