Exactly what everybody needs these days. Inflation is crazy, so this app has come in at a pretty good time. It’s such a breath of fresh air not to have to pay my entire salary at the top of the month. Having rent app made it so i can pay in installments and my landlord doesn’t complain because she gets her money on time regardless. It’s a pretty good experience so far. Customer service is quick to respond and handled all my concerns

So I heard about this from a friend and decided to give it a try. Times were tough so the split pay feature was pretty appealing. I was concerned at first on whether my landlord would accept it, but i figured out they already have tenants using it and they accept it. It’s been really helpful not having to pay such big sums at once. Having the rent split into two eliminates so much unnecessary stress for me. I do think the fee is a bit expensive for the service but honestly it’s worth it. I recommend it to anyone needing to balance their finances better.

So your app took me all the way through the process. Link my bank and everything. Tried to use the lot to split payments and was giving an error message. Called customer service and they were no help really didn’t try to help me. Just said your bank do not work with our system. I bank with chase and a few other banks and she just said I need to call my bank. What would I call my bank for if in my account it say sharing with rentapp. I’m confused so I deleted everything from you guys. Thanks anyway great idea

I saw this all over facebook and ticktock and decided to give it a try ends of September.
Not only did they steal my money but my landlord never received the rent.. i asked them for a full refund and they declined it until i had to go to the bank and file a dispute .
I dont think they were ever gonna pay my rent .

I started using the app for its split pay feature and it’s been so helpful not having to pay such large amounts every top of the month. I get paid every two weeks, and with the split pay feature its really convenient to make two rent payments instead of one. My landlord does not mind it because he just gets the money in full and on time and I can breathe a little bit so its a win win. Also since I started using rent app my credit score has seen a nice bump so thats good to have too. I have a roommate and I wish they had some tools around that because they have to pay me the rent now but it would be easier if we can just split it. But otherwise I like it
