It’s such a breath of fresh air not to have to pay my entire salary at the top of the month. Times were tough so the split pay feature was pretty appealing. I was concerned at first on whether my landlord would accept it, but i figured out they already have tenants using it and they accept it. It’s been really helpful not having to pay such big sums at once. Having the rent split into two eliminates so much unnecessary stress for me. I do think the fee is a bit expensive for the service but honestly it’s worth it. Tried to use the lot to split payments and was giving an error message. Called customer service and they were no help really didn’t try to help me. Just said your bank do not work with our system. I bank with chase and a few other banks and she just said I need to call my bank. What would I call my bank for if in my account it say sharing with rentapp. I’m confused so I deleted everything from you guys.
