## Sponges Reviews in United States

### ***** "Best home wash"
This team of cleans did an awesome job and I will most definitely be doing it again.
-- Edavidtorres, 2024-04-05

### *---- "This business lacks integrity"
Generally, I do not write negative reviews about businesses. But these people are too bad and do not know how to do business with customers. I called them and made an appointment for an exterior car wash but they never showed up. I made numerous calls on the day of my appointment but they did not bother to answer my call and give a proper reasoning for not showing up. I called with my wife's phone and they immediately answered and when I asked about no show, they hung up the phone. May be they might have showed up if you were doing more than $200 business with them. Disgusting customer service. It is not worth doing business with these people who lack integrity.

### *---- "Don’t expect your reservation to actually be a reservation"
I booked several days in advance. Got notified at 6:30 pm the night before my 8 am appt that they didn’t offer service in my area. Cool, leaves me plenty of time to rebook elsewhere & get my car detailed before I needed my car detailed.

### ***** "Best car wash hands down!"
Hand wash with incredible attention to detail! The best part is no waiting around for an hour at a car wash! Robert (based in Austin, TX) did a phenomenal job!!!!

### ***** "The Best"
I’m rarely compelled to leave written reviews but gotta say this was one of the best and smoothest customer service experiences in recent memory. Got the phone app, booked the time/date/service and that was it, no lengthy forms, no endless texts and emails. Blake showed up right on time and a couple hours later my Focus looked more immaculate than the day I bought it. The attetntion to detail with the interior was especially impressive, the dash and seats practically glowed. He even buffed out a cluster of scratches on the front bumper that I never thought would come out. All this for $95…..the service was worth double that. Highly recommended.

### ***** "Impressed!"
I am new to Austin and took a recommendation and I’m totally glad I did! Every single strand of dog hair was removed and my car looks exactly like the day I got it! The young man was patient and kind and did an excellent job! I will certainly be returning and will look no further!
-- Sarai Ibokette, 2022-06-09

### ***** "App OK, Car Wash Great"
App could use a few updates for better user experience, but it works fine, and payment system is through Stripe so feel secure. Hope you are successful. I’ll be a repeat customer.
