Worst App ever. It’s useless and not fit for purpose. I have to call/ email / visit in person to make a booking.

This app is awful, members are unable to book or cancel gym classes meaning members have to call or email the gym to book or amend their gym classes!
Hasn’t worked for months
Not able to book onto classes, just ditches it out of the basket. Functionally always has been very clunky. The uni need a new provider, they deserve better.

Completely unusable app
The app is not usable. It is unable to log in, and constantly crashes. This has been the case on multiple devices, following updates and I’ve even made different logins. It seems to be a very poor web app. It wouldn’t matter as much if there was a functional version in a browser, but even that is completely unusable. Fairly decent gym, but rubbish app. Please fix the basics!
Have to login each time you open the app
The app should be able to remember the login details or it will be easier to make booking over a PC screen.
