Tuve un inconveniente con la aplicación escribí al soporte de la app, me ayudaron y ha venido funcionando muy bien ese el ente aplicación para aficionados

Una vez se paga el plan anual deja de funcionar y nadie da respuesta. No tienes donde escribir. Tienen un correo en el que no responden

La aplicación en general es buena, tuve los mismos problemas para transmitir por YouTube por el limite de 50 seguidores, no es un problema de la aplicación si no de YouTube porque trate de hacer directos sin la aplicación SportCam y no me dejo, pero después de un mes de completar el número de seguidores ya me dejo. El tema que tengo ahora es cómo consigo un manual detallado, efectúe pruebas de transmisión y no las deja borrar para poder hacer una limpieza.Cuando se hace un breakennel juego permite colocar una imagen pero no dice que especificaciones debe tener la imagen, del en otra opción permite colocar un texto pero no indica cómo se hace para que aparezca el texto. Permite colocar una imagen en miniatura pero no es claro para que se utiliza. Tiene tres formas de transmisión pero la tercera diferente a Facebook y YouTube no es claro cómo se utiliza. En general faltan detalles que sería bueno que los actualizaran y el manual si es clave para no estar perdiendo tiempo en prueba y error.

They say it’s free to use but that’s not true right after the free trial was up I could do anything. So i decided to purchase and they have increased the price 3x after I purchased (the day I purchased) from $15 a month to $30 a month what a joke!! Won’t be use this app after this month is up. Scam

Purchased a yearly subscription, only to cancel it early. Was hoping to stream my daughter’s volleyball matches. Am lucky to get half the match. A lot of other times, would at most get half a set. Scoreboard and other options are amazing, but not ideal if you get on average a total of 15 minutes video.

We enjoyed using the app for streaming volleyball matches with embedded scores in our parents group on FB. However, the live streaming is no longer available on FB groups. We paid for the premium plan for remote scoring option that is not an option anymore. Company has not communicated with us as paid users about the change and lack of service.

The app works great for broadcasting live sports events. There is one thing that it’s missing. A replay system. I wish that you could replay clips instead of having to go back to the regular stream.

The app opened at the start of the game, and I was able to stream the first two periods of hockey. I shut the app off while the ice was being cleared, but could not get it to connect to Facebook again I stopped the recording and then could not get the app to function. There was a black screen when I opened it tested again after I was home and I can get into the app and go through the steps to begin recording but still not connect to Facebook

I trialed the app for a weekend and it worked fine. Purchased annual for rest of season. First weekend with full purchase nothing worked and got Zero support despite sending in screen shots and errors. Finally I ended up deleting Facebook and App and reinstalling. It started broadcasts but the end people couldn’t see anything at all. Support said nothing until I asked to cancel and even then ignored my logs and screen shots and acted dumb. DO NOT BUY.

When I live stream on Facebook a game the video image freezes a lot.
