They say it’s free to use but that’s not true right after the free trial was up I could do anything. So i decided to purchase and they have increased the price 3x after I purchased (the day I purchased) from $15 a month to $30 a month what a joke!! Won’t be use this app after this month is up. Scam
Purchased a yearly subscription, only to cancel it early. Was hoping to stream my daughter’s volleyball matches. Am lucky to get half the match. A lot of other times, would at most get half a set. Scoreboard and other options are amazing, but not ideal if you get on average a total of 15 minutes video.
We enjoyed using the app for streaming volleyball matches with embedded scores in our parents group on FB. However, the live streaming is no longer available on FB groups. We paid for the premium plan for remote scoring option that is not an option anymore. Company has not communicated with us as paid users about the change and lack of service.
The app works great for broadcasting live sports events. There is one thing that it’s missing. A replay system. I wish that you could replay clips instead of having to go back to the regular stream.
The app opened at the start of the game, and I was able to stream the first two periods of hockey. I shut the app off while the ice was being cleared, but could not get it to connect to Facebook again I stopped the recording and then could not get the app to function. There was a black screen when I opened it tested again after I was home and I can get into the app and go through the steps to begin recording but still not connect to Facebook
I trialed the app for a weekend and it worked fine. Purchased annual for rest of season. First weekend with full purchase nothing worked and got Zero support despite sending in screen shots and errors. Finally I ended up deleting Facebook and App and reinstalling. It started broadcasts but the end people couldn’t see anything at all. Support said nothing until I asked to cancel and even then ignored my logs and screen shots and acted dumb. DO NOT BUY.
When I live stream on Facebook a game the video image freezes a lot.
I used this app on my phone to go live for basketball games. The app linked easily to my YouTube channel however took two to three minutes before the video would go live. I liked that you could add team names, logos, and the possibility of an “ad” during the game. I used that feature to update fans on future games or send a thank you. I love the fact that there is a scoreboard and clock the downfall is the clock moves at a different pace than real time and needed to be constantly changed. It is a lot for one person to manage the phone app and maneuver the camera. I liked the convenience of the remote app so if you had another person to assist you they could adjust the time and scoreboard while you focus recording. I did not like that you couldn’t change camera settings on the app either. It would record in 1080 however the video was not as crisp and could not be tweaked to my liking. When I go live I like to be able to communicate with viewers and this app does not allow you to see any of the chats people make. I gave the app 3 stars because of the positives however I could not justify the monthly cost of using it when my viewers are more concerned with the quality of the video.
