## SportCity Description
Met de SportCity-app is jouw fitte lifestyle binnen handbereik! Je hebt direct toegang tot het clubrooster om vrij trainen, groepslessen, squash etc. te boeken. Via jouw boekingsoverzicht kun je jouw boekingen eenvoudig beheren. In de app vind je ook een variatie aan workouts en video lessen om in de club en/of thuis te sporten. Zo kun je direct aan de slag! Op jouw persoonlijke prestatiepagina zie je tevens jouw sportprestaties terug.
Om jouw prestaties nog inzichtelijker te maken bieden we je de mogelijkheid om je inspanningen te integreren met Apple Gezondheid. Hierdoor zijn je workouts ook terug te vinden in de Gezondheid app.

Met de SportCity-app:

- Heb je toegang tot het clubrooster om jouw clubbezoek te boeken.
- Beheer je jouw boekingen.
- Check je in / uit bij de club.
- Ontdek je trainingen de je in de club en/of thuis kunt doen.
- Houd je jouw sportprestaties bij.
- Mogelijkheid tot integratie van de Apple Gezondheid app.

Het is nog steeds niet mogelijk m een notificatie te krijgen als een groepsles weer plek heeft. Je moet her steeds zelf controleren. Heel iritant.

Fijne, gastvrije locatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij het inchecken en bij vragen. Tijdens de lessen is er persoonlijke aandacht, er wordt opgemerkt dat je een les voor het eerst volgt en passende tips gegeven.

Helaas kan ik deze app niet gebruiken omdat ik bij het inloggen de boodschap krijg dat ik geen geldig email adres heb ingevoerd. Ook op de SportCity website was dit een probleem. Email adressen met een min-teken (-) in het domein (deel achter @) worden afgekeurd. Vreemd. Foutje van de web- en app ontwikkelaar? Mintekens kunnen gewoon in het domein staan.
Het sportcentrum zelf kon direct in het klantensysteem mijn email adres wel ingeven. Maar de app kan ik dus niet gebruiken. Zou fijn zijn als dat aangepast wordt.

Prima app, alles werkt zoals het hoort. Alleen mis ik een knop voor het opzeggen van mijn abonnement. Staat op jullie site dat dit via de app kon maar tevergeefs.

Hier train ik eindelijk een beetje makkelijker mee. Voortgang, aanmoediging en heldere uitleg. Schema op maat, en leuke lessen die je makkelijk kunt boeken.

Eerder kon je via de site van sportcity ook gewoon inloggen, als ik nu op inloggen druk moet ik verplicht gebruik maken van de app, waar ik vervolgens net kan doen wat ik van plan was via de site

Started using Sportcity app due to take over of our local gym (LifeCity) and we all were surprised by lack of simple and useful functionalities:

1. No waiting list if class is full, you have to check manually every day yourself

2. Limitation to sign up to only 3 classes per 2 weeks

3. You cannot see how many people signed up for lesson, that would help with prioritisation (see #2)

4. If you did not sign out, app does not sign you out automatically by the end of the day 

5. No possibility to make an appointment within the app to check on weight progress 

I think these improvements are not only useful for us but also for everyone using SportCity app.

Als de app opstart vraagt hij altijd opnieuw om in te loggen met e-mail. Waarom?
Als ik vervolgens annuleer, kan ik kiezen tussen inloggen met e-mail of met lidnummer. Bij de tweede keuze vraagt hij om lidnummer en postcode om vervolgens opnieuw te vinden dat ik moet inloggen met e-mail!!!
Als ik daar dan voor kies gaat hij gewoon door zonde de e-mail procedure en ben ik ingelogd. 

Als ik in het eerste scherm annuleer kom ik in een scherm waar ik ook kan kiezen voor inloggen met e-mail. Dan ga ik opeens naar de website en dan kan ik daar opeens ook kiezen voor inloggen met wachtwoord. Als ik daar dan mee inlog dan kom ik in de app, maar ook dit vergeet ie zodra de app een keer gestopt is.

Best app bouwers los dit op!! Wat is dit voor een bagger.

Heldere app. Makkelijk te boeken en in agenda te plaatsen. Maar iedere keer moeten veel handelingen worden verricht op app te openen, iedere keer moet je opnieuw inloggen. En dat is jammer.

Eigenlijk houd ik helemaal niet van de sportschool, ik ben ook pas 3x geweest. Manager heel aardig. De groepslessen zijn fijn, alleen kan ik niet zien op de app welke trainingen geld kosten (en hoeveel) en welke gratis zijn.
