The app doesn’t allow me to “set up my profile” as I can’t select anything (fav drinks, food and team). Just a blank page.

Tipping page has disappeared and cannot see it anywhere in the app

App won’t remain on phone, i keep having to find it on the App Store. Second year of TSG membership, all data preserved but can’t get app to stay. “App Support” button takes me straight to app Home Screen, weird.

Every time I go to this venue I have to sign in as a guest because the app doesn’t show the menu or it won’t let you log in properly , so frustrating , having to order at the bar

Can’t sign in after the update, the app keeps taking me to the signup page (after going through the signin page & entering the verification code - wanting a new password (app said that you must sign in using the same username and password to keep your points)

Hey guys love the latest app it’s very fast and clean easy to navigate can’t wait for future updates too it’s so easy to use if only other companies followed suit with their loyalty apps and performed similar to this.

Poor user experience on the whole. Have to pay extra to use the app. Logging in is slow. Lots of clicks to do anything. Can’t use member points to pay along with card, the value has to be less than the transaction amount.
