## Sportneer Reviews in United States

### *---- "Scale app won’t work"
The app keeps crashing, it loads for a millisecond then completely shuts off. Is there an update or a way to get a new scale replaced?
-- Joanjo95, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Works for about a month"
I purchased this scale on Amazon and for about a month, it worked well. Had to also download FEELFIT app for the information on the scale to be read/used. The fact that I have to have this app to have another app to have the scale function as it’s intended to is annoying but it gets worse…..

After a couple months of use (lost weight on carnivore and started at 189, currently 123 so definitely didn’t max out the weight limit), it only gives weight measurement and then constant “error” code for everything else. I realize this isn’t a dexa scan and isn’t intended to be nearly as accurate but i like to have something somewhat tangible to quantify. Though the measurements were never 100% accurate, it originally came really, really close. Now, I have a glorified, entirely too expensive scale.

Though it gets worse. I can’t even log in to this app anymore. No amount of troubleshooting (unplug and replug type) is getting me in the app. I foolishly suggested this scale and the required apps to many people and wish now I hadn’t. I should have gone with a better known name brand and gotten something tried and true. 🤷🏽‍♀️

### *---- "Unable to register"
Just bought smart weighs on Amazon . In the ‘ create account’ process , the Sportneer app can’t locate the weights ( bluetooth on) . They are fully charged. I followed all instructions , phone is inches away and nothing. I tried deleting & redownloading app but same issue occurred.
This is an iPhone 13 . The smart weights are the 3lbs set.
Is there a newer update that can address this issue?
Respectfully
Dianne Hunt

### *---- "Disappointed"
This scale and app were amazing… for the 2 weeks it worked. Now I get the same login error that I see others have gotten. If you can’t access the app the scale becomes a useless waste of money. I tried reaching out to the customer service email address provided but it’s been over a week now with no response. Super bummed.

### ***-- "The app is horrible!"
I love the scale but the app not so much. I logged in once, no problem. After that, it keeps saying my log in info is incorrect. I reset my password, still no good. You sent me a code. I entered it & it says the code is wrong. WTH?
-- knj0129, 2023-02-15

### *---- "App just doesn’t work"
Not able to synchronize readings. Shame because the hardware is pretty good.
-- dseemakurty, 2023-01-04

### **--- "Broke My Scale"
The app is terrible and doesn’t work. I synced the app to my scale and after trying to get an analysis sent to the app the scale froze. It got stuck on “up” after saying open app up. I reset the scale 10 times and continued to get the same message. I couldn’t do anything through the app and the scale become unusable. Luckily I was able to use the Feelfit app and that somehow fixed everything. Go use that app instead and you won’t have any problems. Good scale, this app isn’t. Feelfit. Use it.
-- SlimmyJimSteezmeister, 2022-12-26

### *---- "The app won’t let me set up an account??"
How do we use these when the app won’t let me set up an account? I enter my email, get the verification code, enter code, put in a password and re-enter password and the “finish” button won’t work? Waste of money if I can’t even use the “smart” part of these weights.
-- Njoym28, 2022-12-10

### *---- "Cannot use my new scale. Cannot create account."
I just bought the scale but cannot create an account with your app. When I try to create a password it does nothing. Should I just return the scale?
-- rickarm, 2022-11-07

### ***-- "Bike is great the app no so much"
The app doesn’t record my sessions
