Bring the most advanced physiological and training metrics directly to your Apple Watch and iPhone, using only your native Apple Health data.

SportVitals analyzes your vital signs and workouts, calculating professional-grade metrics – such as Body Battery, HRV Status, and Training Readiness – with mathematical accuracy and full respect for your privacy. All computations occur 100% on-device, offline, with no cloud servers and no third-party tracking.

• BODY BATTERY (0-100)
Understand how much energy your body has at any moment of the day. SportVitals constantly integrates your stress levels and recovery quality to show you when it's time to push and when it's time to rest.

• HRV STATUS (Heart Rate Variability Status)
Monitor your overnight heart rate variability. SportVitals compares your nightly average against your personal 21-day baseline to tell you if your body is balanced, fatigued, or under systemic stress.

• TRAINING READINESS (0-100)
A composite score from 0 to 100 calculated by combining 6 key factors: recent sleep quality, recovery time, HRV status, accumulated daily stress, and training load trends. You will know exactly whether you are ready for an intense session or if you should opt for active recovery.

• TRAINING LOAD & TRAINING STATUS
Optimize your performance and prevent injury using the Banister TRIMP and ATL/CTL algorithms. Track your Acute-to-Chronic Workload Ratio (ACWR) and discover if your status is Productive, Maintaining, Peaking, or Overreaching.

• PROPRIETARY SLEEP SCORE
Don't just look at sleep hours. Evaluate your rest quality through a combined score analyzing duration, efficiency, deep and REM sleep percentages, nightly fragmentation, and schedule consistency.

INTEGRATED COACHING & ON-DEVICE AI
Receive written feedback and clear explanations about your metrics generated in real time on your device. The app varies explanations based on your training state, computed entirely offline.

100% PRIVACY-FIRST BY DESIGN
Your health data is highly sensitive. SportVitals is designed to keep it safe:
- No external servers: all calculations run locally.
- No sign-up required: the app integrates instantly with Apple Health.
- No third-party analytics, ads, or tracking SDKs.

Note: SportVitals requires access to HealthKit (Apple Health) and wearing Apple Watch overnight to collect the heart rate, HRV, and sleep data needed to compute advanced metrics.
