Makes living in digs so much easier. -- MaxinSw, 2024-12-22 ### *---- "Bad communication" The communication from spot money is pathetic i don’t recommend anyone to download this 😤 -- Mr jappie, 2024-12-18 ### *---- "Unable to top up my account" Whenever I try to top up my card it says the transaction has failed, that it doesn’t want me to add money in my card, I’ve tried sending a complaint but they haven’t been helpful at all , I try to delete my app and reinstall it -- Humo c, 2024-12-03 ### *---- "They use your mobile to send you tons spam" Without permission, they started sending me WhatsApp messages! Without permission, they started phoning me with various office. When I managed to trace it came from spot money. This is against the POPPY ACT -- TheEBikerevolution, 2024-11-05 ### *---- "If you want the worst service then download" Worst service EVER! and you have no shame, contacting me weeks later to say the query was resolved, worst customer experience, how do you have staff working only until 8pm yet your transactions etc is 24hrs, yesterday I topped up my Spot account with R200, I clicked once and it took R200 x 2 the one eventually came through the other is pending, just like last my last query it was in pending for 2 weeks, don’t provide a service if you can’t support it, this is putrid service, it’s a few days before pay day and you do this, and then trying to speak to an agent since after 5pm yesterday they all are useless AI would do a better job, still no response from spot but the chat says responding in 5mins? Since last night, you are what’s wrong with customer service in the South Africa -- Zaamin Noorah, 2024-10-18 ### **--- "The app is buggy" The wait time is too long for it to come back with an attempt countdown, which doesn’t make any sense, considering that the image is very clear, and the rectangular guide for scanning doesn’t show. Once you close the app, as instructed by the support desk, you can’t pickup the conversation from where you left off, therefore, the user has to start all over again! I had to chat to 3 different agents for the same issue that still hasn’t been resolved. My suggestion - your dev team needs to relook into the bug situation, and the UX/UI team needs to relook the chat situation and the inability to go back into the app when you’ve opened an image that you sent to an agent during a chat. The idea is great, but the execution needs work. With these pending issues, the referral program will not work best, and considering that the app is supposed to hold people’s money, the issues do not encourage trust. -- Ayvee_Msk, 2024-09-17 ### *---- "How is this app even allowed on the store!?" I do not understand how an app like this together with its poor so called support team is even allowed on this platform. -- Louis Marx, 2024-08-05 ### ***** "Awesome" It’s never been easier to use or save money for me I can even separate my spendings and my savings….such an easy and minimal app works smoothly and it’s super simple. They even have the cuties debit card. -- Siyabum, 2024-06-13 ### *---- "Worst bank" this bank is the worst don’t sign up, these 5 start reviews are fake and bought -- yinkhld, 2024-01-24 ### *---- "I am not happy at all" So download the app on Thursday but when u tired logging in it’s keep giving me an error saying I should try again later but it’s been 4 days going the day think now -- Missntenga, 2023-11-20 [View all Spot reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Spot Store Rankings | Chart | Country | Category | Rank | |-------|---------|----------|------| | Top Free | South Africa | Finance | #90 | ## Spot Discovered Keywords - spot application - mobile banking - bank zero - security bank mobile - spot - spots - security bank online - mobilbank se - mobilbank dk - iloan ## Apps Similar to Spot - [Vault22](https://apptail.io/app/vault22-qnd/south-africa) - [Bidvest Bank](https://apptail.io/app/bidvest-bank-mRm/south-africa) - [Bank Zero](https://apptail.io/app/bank-zero-muv/south-africa) - [TymeBank](https://apptail.io/app/tymebank-KFx/south-africa) - [BROKSTOCK - Invest in Stocks](https://apptail.io/app/brokstock-invest-in-stocks-Lhy/south-africa) - [RMB Private Bank App](https://apptail.io/app/rmb-private-bank-app-wgN/south-africa) - [RCS App](https://apptail.io/app/rcs-app-QNoc/south-africa) - [Shoprite SA](https://apptail.io/app/shoprite-sa-Oxyc/south-africa) - [Game Credit](https://apptail.io/app/game-credit-ksPc/south-africa) - [Payflex - Buy Now Pay Later](https://apptail.io/app/payflex-buy-now-pay-later-NBfk/south-africa) ## Spot Available In - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/spot-connect-pay-earn-Qcw/south-africa) - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/spot-connect-pay-earn-Qcw/united-states) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/spot-connect-pay-earn-Qcw/united-kingdom) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
