Can’t sign in with Google
When I try to sign in with Google account, it is not letting me click in the username failed so basically signing in is not working.

Save Big on Parking with SpotHero
SpotHero is a user-friendly app that saves you money and time on parking. For example, I paid less than $7 for 12 hours in Toronto’s entertainment district on a Saturday night, while most lots charged $20. It’s a no-brainer for anyone parking in downtown areas!
Parking ticket for $100 because of SpotHero
Paid for parking using the SpotHero app in Toronto today. Parked my car per the instructions in the app. Came back to find a ticket for $100 on my windshield. Contacted SpotHero and they won’t do anything about it. I would use them from time to time but after this experience, never again. I don’t recommend them. It’s not worth the risk in my opinion.
Terrible customer service
Do not recommend, if you have any issues at the garage spothero will wash their hands of it. Terrible customer support, "not my problem" attitude. Book directly through a parking garage and avoid this third party nightmare to prevent being double charged

A must have App if you drive in the city
Overall, the app well-designed, and I find the “extend” parking feature very practical. Occasionally, the payment process can be a bit glitchy. One suggestion: it would be helpful if the app could cache the QR code image for parking areas with limited internet connectivity. Once, I was about to leave but couldn’t access the internet, so I had to go up to street level where is cell data access to launch the app, take a screenshot of the QR code, and then return to parking level L4 to exit.
So disappointed!!
If you are trying to pre book your parking spot before work,DO NOT use this app! Even you buy your parking ahead you will not have parking space when you arrive, cause you late for work! Even you pre book your parking spot ahead you will have trouble entering the underground parking, cause you late for work!!! Don’t say that I should arrive early for work to insure on time, I normally arrive 30mins earlier for work!! Try to get my paid parking still cause me late!
