My Manhattan reservation was not honored today because garage was overbooked. This created tremendous stress for me as well as extra expense. Since all garages in area were full, I could get a spot by offering attendant $50 to let me park. I have never used Spot Hero before and will never use them again.
I’ve been using SpotHero for years. Without fail, a flawless system for reserving a spot, and if the occasion arises, no hassle cancellation and options for applying refund. No need to use any other service. Five Stars
When problems arise they were responsive
I booked a garage spot for a few hours but when I arrived, the garage used a different payment system and wouldn’t accept my SpotHero reservation. I reached out to SpotHero support but they just say I “accidentally booked the wrong garage.” I double checked again after receiving this message, and it was the right garage.
Was a bit hard to find perhaps better directions but the parking spot was perfect!! Thank You
Had to change parking reservation time due to game reschedule and then the lot was full. Nearly got my “refund” as app credit instead of my money refunded because real refund is tiny text under a giant credit button… bad experience
This app is easy to navigate and really nice to use. It gave good example or places to park far away from the actual parking spot.
Was not a fan of these apps as they seems shady in capturing personal info. However the three times now that I have used SpotHero, it seems very legit.
I have never been disappointed with the parking spots that you have provided. SpotHero is 100+.
They sent us to three different garages and all of them refused the reservation
