DO NOT USE THIS APP! There was no parking on arrival and they do not refund or give credit! It's a scam and they take your money. I booked a spot in NYC to arrive at 1:30pm for an event and leave at 8:30pm. When i reserved it, around 9:30am, they defaulted the start time to 8:30am and leave at 11:30pm. It was not possible to change it. This is a problem when you arrive at 1:20pm and the garage say "we have no space!" It is not possible to cancel (as the parking time has started!) or even get a refund. The parking attendant said never use Spot Hero! I tried calling (was a Sunday) no one picked up. My husband parked somewhere else. I got a hold of customer service after a few days later and said they would credit me. I do not want to use them again and asked for my money back. They said I would be refunded in a few days. They haven't refunded me but sent an email instead saying they will credit me. It's been 10 days and still no credit.

Been using it regularly for a few years. The app and customer service have NEVER disappointed! Very reliable, and whenever there was an issue (like garage being full) the customer service has been excellent.

We wasted a half an hour following the instructions given by the website and by the representative, and there was no such garage.

Use spot hero and save yourself time money and the aggregation of trying to park, not to mention getting a parking ticket.

Great app with great parking deals. Way cheaper then parking when you arrive.

Have used them twice to fly out of Hobby. Everything worked easily and like clockwork. Made my trip much more enjoyable. Very helpful and professional staff.
