SpotHero: #1 Rated Parking App

Booked prking spot at SF. When i went there people where entring without any reservation and doing payments there. There is no space and no reservations. We have to find some other place. After callig this people multiple times they won't pick phone or reply to emails. such a worst service. I don't understand how they have got such good rating in app store.

I have booked my parking for 8/11/2024 and paid the amount via app, When I reached the SPOT the road was closed and there wasnt any way to go to parking .. i have to take a turn and tried again with new york traffic it took me 30 mins and no luck as there was no way to reach parking spot.. I had booking for an event that got delayed and I have ended up parking to other parking gurage and spent additional amount … tried to call the customer support but after long waiting no picked it i tried again same issue.. Your app should have shown closed roads how do you expect us to reach when road is closed.. I need my money back !!

I booked a parking garage near time square. I had a show to see. The parking garage wouldn’t take my vehicle. In a rush, I parked on the street and got a ticket. I called this sham of a site, and they told me that I would receive a refund for the garage, and to send over a copy of the ticket so I could be reimbursed for that as well. This was in May….. I’ve been going back and forth with different people, emailing me the same message. Telling me that they’re working on it and they’ll get back to me. it’s now August and I received an email today saying that my ticket won’t be covered because I didn’t park where I booked. of course I didn’t park where I booked the garage. I booked wouldn’t take my vehicle due to the size that had nothing to do with me. So now I still don’t have my refund from the garage and they told me they’re not paying my ticket. The ticket has already gone up twice. I will never use this app again. It’s a scam and everyone should stay far away.

I tried several times to edit my time & app would not let me. Then I got back to parking lot 35 minutes late & had to pay $26 more. I was very disappointed with that experience

This app needs to let you k ow if in and out is allowed before you book! Extremely annoying.

I really enjoy using Spot Hero for parking in Chicago.
