What if your road-trip soundtrack kicked in the exact second you started the car? BEFORE YOU INSTALL — WHAT TO EXPECT SpotiActions cannot read, import or browse your Spotify library. What it gives you is a catalogue of 87 ready-made playlists, built into the app as shortcuts, and the plumbing to fire any of them automatically from iOS Shortcuts. With Premium you also get one playlist of your own: paste the link of a public playlist and we prepare it for you, usually within 5 days. It is one per user and it is not instant — better you know that now than after paying. TRY IT BEFORE YOU PAY The app is free. Install three playlists from any group except Personalized, build your automation, and let it wake you up. Nothing is locked behind a clock and there is no trial to forget about. When you want more, a single payment unlocks Premium: all 87 playlists including the Personalized group, every playlist added later, the widget, and your own playlist. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing expires. NEW: ONE PLAYLIST OF YOUR OWN (PREMIUM) The one you built, not one from the catalogue. Paste its link in Settings and we set it up for you by hand. When it is ready, it installs like any other playlist and works in alarms and automations like the rest. The playlist has to be public on Spotify. NEW: A WIDGET FOR YOUR HOME SCREEN AND CARPLAY (PREMIUM) Three playlists, one tap each, on your Home Screen or on the CarPlay dashboard (CarPlay widgets need iOS 26). In the car your iPhone has to be unlocked for the widget to start a playlist; that is how iOS runs widgets. 87 PLAYLISTS, READY TO GO Every playlist ships inside the app as a ready-made shortcut. No links to chase, nothing to build by hand. Tap a cover, approve the install, and it plays. Eight categories: Country Charts, Personalized, Mixes by decade, Mixes by genre, Trending artists, Worldwide top, In Spanish and Curated. A BETTER WAY TO WAKE UP Ditch the default radar tone for good. Set any of these playlists as your morning alarm, or a different one for each day of the week — pounding techno to launch you out of bed, or soft acoustic to ease into the morning. CARPLAY & COMMUTES ON AUTOPILOT The moment your iPhone connects to CarPlay or your car's Bluetooth, an automation can start your driving playlist — no more fumbling with your phone while backing out of the driveway. THE CLOSEST THING TO PERSONAL, WITHOUT WAITING Some playlists in the Personalized group follow whoever runs them: your Liked Songs, your Discover Weekly, your Wake Up Happy. The same shortcut plays your music on your phone and your partner's music on theirs. They are Spotify's playlists, not ones you built, and they are part of Premium. WHAT YOU GET - Custom music alarms — wake up to any playlist in the catalogue - Smart triggers — by time of day, location, or car connection - One playlist of your own, set up for you (Premium) - A Home Screen and CarPlay widget with three playlists (Premium) - Favourites, so the playlists you use are always one swipe away - Works with Spotify Free and Premium - One payment, never a subscription - Day and Night themes, plus one that follows your system Two requirements, both free: Apple's Shortcuts app, and Spotify installed on the same iPhone. Each playlist has to be installed and played once before it works inside an automation. That is Apple's permission model, not a limitation of the app, and it is a one-time step per playlist. SpotiActions is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Spotify AB. ## SpotiActions Screenshots - [Screenshot 1](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/04/53/93/04539330-41fe-8431-55b8-5383b1fa20d9/01.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 2](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/fe/7d/3e/fe7d3eab-e161-f62c-5ae8-1b5bf82da166/04.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 3](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource211/v4/d0/1a/8c/d01a8cb1-6f8a-2eed-e6da-b3b2bf153b3b/02.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 4](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/03/5f/16/035f163d-d966-b988-19a2-56d0a44fec36/03.png/1242x2688.png) - [Screenshot 5](https://is1-ssl.mzstatic.com/image/thumb/PurpleSource221/v4/7a/6f/e8/7a6fe814-b855-c7fe-6ba1-332812afedef/05.png/1242x2688.png) ## SpotiActions Rating Breakdown in United States - 5 stars: 3 (43%) - 4 stars: 0 (0%) - 3 stars: 0 (0%) - 2 stars: 1 (14%) - 1 stars: 3 (43%) ## SpotiActions Reviews in United States ### *---- "False Advertising" I appreciate that the creator is responsive, and they have responded to one other review like my own in an honest fashion, so I want to say that off the bat. Unfortunately, I do feel that the marketing for this app is misleading. You can only play from your liked songs or playlists that Spotify generates for you using this app, you cannot play a personal playlist. For me, this made the app pretty much useless, because I want to have a playlist that I specifically made for when I wake up in the morning, not just all of my liked songs. I have emailed with the creator, and he said he can create a specific link for me to use from my personal playlist, but refused to give me a refund for what I feel was false adveryisement. I don't want to have to wait for an update/the creator to individually make me able to use a playlist for an alarm, and if I'd known that was the only way I wouldn't have purchased the app. Again, I wish the creator the best of luck and I think this is a cool concept, but I think it's important to be more upfront BEFORE people spend money on your app. -- GuavaBean437, 2026-09-08 ### *---- "Doesn’t work" I wish people would just say Spotify cant be automated on the iPhone. I want a specific playlist to play but all I can get is whatever preformatted playlist is on this app. Dont buy this app -- Brdaviscpa, 2026-07-30 ### *---- "Out of date" Throws errors when adding to shortcut library. Needs an update, not functional and I’m annoyed. UPDATE: The developer updated the app but I still get shortcut errors when sending to the Share Sheet. Still not functional, unfortunately. Appreciate the update though. -- hadeelyo, 2026-06-04 ### ***** "Súper útil y bien hecha" Funciona fluido, sin complicaciones, y se nota que está bien pensada. La probé con varias playlists y me quedó perfecta. De verdad me encantó esta app. Si usas Spotify, esto te cambia la experiencia por completo -- willwildwest, 2025-11-12 ### **--- "Converted from one-time payment to subscription" I previously purchased and rated 5 stars; now the app is subscription-based. Feels like a bait and switch. -- CJKpi, 2025-10-20 ### ***** "Love waking up to my music" This app has changed my morning routine! I enjoy the calming music playlist i have curated over the ringtone choices we get by default. -- FuadMef, 2025-09-05 [View all SpotiActions reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## SpotiActions Discovered Keywords - spotiactions ## SpotiActions Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/united-states) - [Peru](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/peru) - [Germany](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/germany) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/canada) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/ecuador) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/united-kingdom) - [Czechia](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/czechia) - [Pakistan](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/pakistan) - [Romania](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/romania) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/saudi-arabia) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/chile) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/spotiactions-wVGw/south-africa) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
