How did this even get past testing?? The UI on this app is BROKEN. Adding a Artist Team needs you to hit the submit button, but on the app UI itself it’s layered behind ANOTHER button so you can’t even click submit. You have to do it on the DESKTOP. Not user friendly by any means.

You cannot just download this app and upload your music. You HAVE to pay some weird third party to “distribute” your music to Spotify. It would feel better if you at least paid Spotify directly. How is this not basically extorting people into needing to pay these middlemen that offer nothing?

### *---- "My New Songs Are Releasing As Old Songs?"
I never had a serious problem with this app until the last update, which was a little over a week ago. Everything was fine before that. However, ever since that update happened, my new songs ARE releasing, but they’re all the way at the bottom of where all my singles are, without a date attached to them like there used to be.
I record where I live. So I’ve got A LOT of music to share. I’m literally sitting on hundreds of songs. So, I went ahead and set up music to be released all the way through the summer of 2026. Is EVERY song until then not going to be in ANYONE’S release radar? Is it all just going to blindly come up to no fanfare? How am I supposed to promote something that people can’t see as a new release on my page? Is the app updating even the reasoning for this or is it just an ironic coincidence that this happened right after the app updated? 
I’m asking because I also have issues with my distributor for “spam submitting” music. I have HUNDREDS of songs so I figured I’d sit down one day and set up 10 albums at once. Apparently that created an issue and now I can’t even edit or remove my own music. But the music I did set up is still scheduled to release. And everything was releasing fine, until this update happened. 
I need to know what the issue is and who the issue is with before I can fix the issue. If there’s something I can do, or if there’s anything anyone can do, please let me know or help?

Tapping the “log in” button results in a page that just sits there and shows a “…” indefinitely. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app. I’ve tried restarting my phone. I’m able to login on the web just fine but this app is always having issues. Really frustrating when you have a new release.

Chandini is literally the worst person to ever approve/disapprove people’s access to their own account. I provided proof to my own artist email multiple times, provided my instagram with both my artist email, phone number and main personal account only to disapprove. I then sent them attached photos of my account like a couple seconds after I got the second disapproval. And it’s been a couple hours since then and I have no response. Worst service ever

### **--- "Slick app but some glaring issues"
I do actually like this app.  It’s a pretty interface and it gives you a lot of ways to view statistics about your artist profile, but there’s a couple issues I have with it: 

I have been trying to add an additional artist profile to my account and for the life of me I can’t do it because the UI is being cut off at the bottom of the page and I literally cannot click the submit button.  Ordinarily this is not something I would resort to writing a review about, but when I go to look for a support page, I am redirected to the same unhelpful Q&A with questions unrelated to what I am having an issue with.  I was just looking for some way to alert the developers of this UI issue and I cannot find any way to do it.  

For some reason, one of my albums, which at this point has over 3000 streams over the last twelve months (its entire lifetime) still shows “<1000” all time streams.  I am not sure how this is calculated, if the all time streams figure somehow doesn’t just add up all the streams a project has received and uses some other algorithm, but it’s very confusing to me how it works and it seems to be the case for a lot of others as well.  If there is some reason for this, I think the spotify developers could save themselves a lot of headaches by explaining in the app how this works.  Or just fix the bug if it’s a bug.

I was a huge fan of this app but then I realized one major issue. They always ask me to change my password everytime I try to use the app. So I have to go through the stress of changing passwords for my Spotify account, do the 2step verification and all to log in just to go through the same process over and over again for the coming days; that is if I don’t get logged out of the app. It’s so terrible guys, fix this ASAP pls
