Spotlight

Phone app works fine but the iPad app shows a screen saying “Performers Access Only”. I am a spotlight performer member so this bug is annoying!

When I first open the app, I am prompted to login, I’m then shown a ‘Spotlight Performers Access Only’ screen. The only user action I can taken then is to click the View Website CTA button. This then takes me to a webpage which I’m again prompted to log in, by nothing happens when I return to the app. I’m not sure if there is an issue with linking up entitlements as I am a member, my membership is active, so I should be able to access the app. It’s a shame as I was really looking forward to using the app. I’ll check back again soon (??) I guess and see if this has been fixed. Then I’d be more than happy to update my review and rating.

Great to have an app for Spotlight now and to be able to upload media on the fly, but we really could do with being able to add/edit credits as well.

I’m a member and have been for a couple of years, but when I try and log in I’m directed to the website and greeted with a page saying ‘Spotlight Performers access only’.

The webpage doesn’t seem to work anymore on phone and can’t seem to edit profiles on app.

So please Spotlight has an app now! And it looks great!

I am quite impressed with the Spotlight App, the reason being that I actually wanted this app much, much sooner as this makes life easier to log in to the app and works perfectly with Face ID. This way you can check for jobs at the palm of your hand. It is great to have it on the go, as with myself I don’t have time to get on the computer to check my profile and for relevant roles. Also good about the app is notifications for the roles appear on your Home Screen, you can’t go wrong with the app. You do need to select what roles you are looking for so that relevant roles are notified. I haven’t fully explored the app, but looks great.

It won’t even let me log in with my confirmed (and changed just in case) login details. Pointless
