## SpotOn Reviews in United States

### *---- "Don’t bother"
I could log in to the app easily enough, but could never update my information. I always received an error message telling me to call a phone number for help. No one ever answered it when I called. While there were plenty of businesses local to me on the app, no one bothered to offer any rewards or incentives for using it.
-- dlx79, 2025-09-22

### *---- "Password reset"
Yeah, you still haven’t fixed the password reset. Very poor app that won’t let you reset a password. Very frustrated.
-- davisfamilyy, 2025-08-29

### *---- "Garbage app"
This app is trash. I tried a log in reset only to get a 404 code on the weblink they sent me to reset my password. It also doesnt allow for a second request to reset a password
-- Homebruer, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Broken with seemingly no fix!"
App closes immediately after opening. I attempted everything that customer support suggested - MULTIPLE times. Finally told it couldn’t be fixed and was suggested I leave a review. The ultimate fix came with the merchant changing to another program named “Toast!” Problem solved!
-- Dickdede, 2025-02-05

### *---- "Worst ever"
If I could give this app zero stars I would. The app itself doesn’t work, not on my phone or at the restaurant. The restaurant staff was extremely frustrated by this app!
I cannot get into my account and no one in support can figure out why I am getting error codes. Today they tell me the app is only good on Androids.
Every time I email customer service, no one responds, yet the very next day, I get an email saying they are waiting for my response. No one can figure out why they are not receiving my emails.
I won’t waste my time anymore. I just hope restaurants are aware of how awful this app is so they stop using it.
-- Ephorses, 2024-09-02

### *---- "Won’t stay open"
App crashes before it fully loads..
-- 08fz6, 2024-02-22

### *---- "Useless"
This is the app for one of my favorite restaurants. It’s useless. Will not let me reset my password. What a joke. Will complain at restaurant.

Update:well I take it back. It’s now let me update and work. Thanks!
-- **Beast11, 2024-01-26

### *---- "Terrible password reset process"
I’m quite surprised that I got into the app, but through some persistence and careful guesswork, I managed to interpret (and follow) the password reset process. I almost feel like clapping for the developers - you did it! Except yikes, precisely why did you design it exactly that way - to keep everyone out? I could report the several flaws that I ran into if that would be helpful, but I only want to type them out if someone is listening. And honestly, why can’t a person on the inside notice what’s wrong, anyway? I’ve found that most problems occur because nobody who is in charge has ever encountered or had to face the issue, so I hope this message reaches someone who is now willing to attempt to reset their own password without thinking about anything they already know about the process.
-- cricket-218, 2023-11-28

### *---- "They didn’t even try."
The app opens up to total confusion.
-- Brandon Love Crumble Co., 2023-09-05

### *---- "Rarely functional"
Specifically for restaurants, this app is basically non functional
