Can't login and membership are gone

I can't login with my own account, and when I logged in, the apps said that I don't have any subscription and must to buy subscription again. Please fix it

Seriously don’t pay anything. I already purchased but i cant streaming. When click the live streaming its always land to purchasing page. When I choose to double pay its said “already purchased” it always like that. I lost my money for nothing

I’ve tried using 2 different numbers, 3 different emails, no luck getting the OTP yet
