It cannot be edited once uploaded. I did not know this. Also you cannot delete the app otherwise to try and create a new account or update existing. Communicating with someone can be frustrating as they use chatbot to respond to your queries or create a ticket. Any explanation are generic and to specific to the issue inquired.
