I have used Spreadex for a few years, the markets can be volatile but there are plenty of warnings if the punter over stakes. There is a spread betting section and a fixed odds section. There is customer service is really good and Spreadex are very good at giving free bets. On the whole a great app and platform.
Used a £200 free spreadex bet and my account got put in a -£50 balance even thought it said there was no loss possible , they are now threatening me to pay it back with legal department ? Awful Scam

Bet with them for few years, everything is ok but last time got withdrawn but money never come to my account :( . My old bank account is closed but when I do the withdrawal they said money come to my closed bank account ( how can bank account is closed but money still come through ? ) Did call the bank they said they don’t have my money because bank is CLOSED, call the SPREADEX then they said call the bank , Bank ask call the SPREADEX …….. very disappointed Thinks my money is gone but 1 thing I don’t understand is : how come you did withdraw but the bank account is closed ??? And where is my money ??? Bank is closed .
I was drawn into joining Spread Ex (awful name btw sounds like you got drunk and went to hit up your ex gf in a moment of desperation)… when the football final was on, I thought I’d join and get a tenner and get the £40 joining promo… I obviously lost because England didn’t win… and what cheered me up was the fact I thought I had £40 free bets where maybe I could win back what I lost. So I went ahead and put 2 bets down, there was another 4 I could use up called ‘spread betting’ which you have to apply for! I then got locked out of my account so went on online chat, where I was told my application was refused and therefore I have no freebies left! Why allow people to put money in but are so strict on perhaps you may make a tiny win so they won’t even let you try?!… I started to question their terms & conditions, and asked if they could pop something into my account for gesture of goodwill because this is not clear at all when joining… to which the online chat guy rapidly left the conversation! Nice one. The cherry on top of my rubbish day. I hope nobody else has experienced this and I shall learn from my mistakes and read T&C’s next time. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Very easy to switch from fixed betting to spreads, all works well and competitive odds
Placed a bet on Germany to win expecting it to be classed as (Match result) however after 90 mins they said the bet was completely void
