Since then, I’ve asked repeatedly for a clear reason, but they haven’t given me one. It turns out their contract includes vague discretionary terms that basically allow them to suspend your account whenever they choose, without any explanation. In my case, it feels like they used that to stop me from taking my profit. I’ve now reported this to the regulators for investigation. And if anyone from Spreadex wants to challenge what I’m saying, I’m happy to make the evidence public.
