I enjoy this game but generally stop playing when anything requires the power station because the. Items required are unobtainable, hammers, saws etc.  the same is for the special events when I run out of energy really quickly so can’t finish the tasks so again I stop playing. I will not spend money to get ahead, I will close and play another game. Make the cost of the items much lower and actually attainable to at least finish an event! I’ve not finished one single event for that reason.

The game keeps crashing on me. The only way to sort it out is to delete and then reload. The only trouble with that is I have to start a new game until I can click on settings to download my original game! Frustrating and making me want to stop playing

I have played this game for over a year now, the past couple of weeks the game won’t let you log in even though I have it backed up with Facebook, so have to uninstall the game, go though the first few stages again before it will even let you on the settings to activate the backup, very annoying, I got in touch on the app and they have said they are looking into the issue but nothing has changed even though there has been an update, when the game does eventually work you have to reject at least 5 pop ups to say you don’t want to spend your cash on extra energy, these are on the game so if I wanted one I would click on it so why these annoying pop ups all the time is getting beyond a joke.

For the last couple of weeks, I have had problems playing this game on my ipad pro. After being advised by the support team to delete and restall app, I was able to play the game for a day. Then the “reload game” message started appearing again. So far I have had to delete and restall the app on a daily basis. I have now decided to stop playing the game on my ipad pro - which is a real shame, as playing it on my iphone is not as much fun on a much smaller screen!!

This game is one of the most annoying and frustrating ones out there.

The game talks too much, well I always turn off all sounds so that I don’t disturb other people, but I don’t want to be forced to troll through all the long-winded comments all the time, and be forced to play new parts of the game when I want to carry on with what I was doing or do other things. 

In the end I am just giving up.

I REALLY wanted to like this game. And for the short time I can actually play it, I do enjoy it. However there are a few issues.
1) it’s nothing like the ads and even the pictures on the App Store are deceiving. I didn’t actually download because of an ad but I have since seen them and I’m shocked how different they are.
2) the energy cost in game is actually beyond ridiculous. Unless you want to spend real money it’s not really worth the time.
3) events are impossible to complete, due to the energy issue. Both the cost of removing an item and how much items you need to make other items is mad.
4) once you run out of energy, there really isn’t anything to do. You have your farm but it’s really not that great there and gets boring very easily. I don’t think I’ve managed to actually progress with anything due to the events and the energy costs.

If the energy was edited just a little so that free to play users can spend more time in game that would be wonderful
