Springfields VIP

Absolutely pointless, every shop that had a sticker to say they are part of the VIP 10% off didn’t give it.

Tried to download to iPad without success but managed to download to iPhone. Unable to find anywhere to add card details to enable easier car parking. No help information.

Loving the easy to downloaded app thank you looking forward to seeing the lights tomorrow they look amazing k x

I just love Springfields. What a lovely environment to shop and get a discount on high end clothing and goods. It’s a bit of a drive for me but just makes me smile even if I don’t want to buy anything it’s a nice day out. Lovely restaurants and coffee shops. Christmas has just kicked in and sparkly lights line the main walkways. Oh and not to forget very reasonable parking fees which again keeps people coming back regularly. My ‘go to’ place 😜.

The new update from 5 days ago has occurred. I have found that it still logs you out for no good reason at random times. Still getting pestered about personalised messages about offer direct to phone when you decline that function. The parking feature now asks you to pay by card/ stored card on phone, and does not access any stored credit from previous loading onto app before update, and seems no way to get this money back. Not good. Stability for paying for parking also still dodgy on iPhone, and only sometime works.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD - THIS APP DOES NOT WORK! Have had the app for a while & like others added credit for parking. I am now unable to even login so credit has disappeared 😡 The signal at Springfields is extremely poor & consequently the app is unusable whilst visiting the centre. Why are Springfields still promoting this app?

I’ve been trying for over a year now to pay for parking on my phone. I was told by someone from Springfields who was at the machine that it’s a common problem with iPhones. Frustrating to say the least, when I have full network coverage and it just won’t scan the ticket.

Worse app yet. Unable to get a signal at Springfield and when you eventually do get a signal it does not work. We have £6 credit that we are unable to use !! Sort it out !
