## Sprinkles Now! Reviews in United States

### *---- "Won’t let me log in"
Just appear a pop up saying forbidden and nothing else
-- Apple Store Analyzing, 2026-03-03

### *---- "Won’t let me login"
The app won’t let me login, won’t send a password reset email and won’t let me create a new account with the email it won’t let me login with. So useless.
-- ArthurDeodat, 2025-12-15

### *---- "Hasn’t worked in a long time"
Use to work. Can login on website, but not app. It’s been like this for months and the developers have yet to fix the most basic thing. I like to check their limited flavors often, but this app is now completely worthless.
-- otter1408, 2024-04-04

### *---- "No Apple Pay"
Why even have an app if I can’t make an account using Apple or use Apple Pay?
-- JustAnotherK8, 2024-01-16

### *---- "Rewards disappear and don’t work"
Their “rewards” program never shows how many free items you actually can redeem them for. They “points” expire periodically in a way that seems intentionally unclear so people won’t be able to use them in time. If you get an email with supposedly free cupcakes for your birthday, good luck actually redeeming those, especially with snippy unhelpful store employees.
-- A112816, 2023-10-30

### *---- "Worst app on my phone"
This is easily the worst app I’ve ever had on my phone. Everything is counterintuitive, takes maybe 10+ clicks just to order and pay for a cupcake. Latest update now won’t let me login with faceid or my normal username and password. Embarrassing image for a company of this caliber
-- toochainz, 2023-08-28

### **--- "Unreliable- Login creation issues and not properly federated"
Not well maintained.
Reset password- app says no user exists.
Create a new login and it won’t because despite choosing a store and birthday, the selections don’t “stick”.

This is a UX fail with poor quality review.
-- SAHpro, 2023-08-25

### *---- "Getting worse by the version"
Perhaps just get rid of it … 🫤
-- Crytik, 2023-07-07

### **--- "App crashing"
.Y app is crashing and will not load. I have the latest version. What do I need to do to get it to work again.

### *---- "Login issues"
Constantly have to reset my password or just log in via the website because the app keeps saying my log in is in correct or no user is found but my account exists when I login via a webpage. Such a headache. Terrible app.
