I couldn’t even get past the screen or contact anybody to discuss. Disappointed. -- 220TD, 2025-07-26 ### *---- "HORRIBLE" why do i have to pay before even seeing the app such a scam -- rhennea, 2025-06-12 ### ***-- "Needs work" Missing some key features in the app - like the ability to macro, translate comments/messages and change sentiment on a post -- EmLeine, 2025-06-02 ### ***-- "Improvements" There are not enough characters allowed. I do not have enough space to write a good caption. We should also be allowed to post more than 4 pictures when using the app, as well as being able to post videos and pictures in the same post. -- OhEmmmGgggg3333, 2025-02-27 ### ***** "5 Stars" I’ve been using Sprout Social for a while now, and the mobile app has completely transformed how I manage my social media on the go. The intuitive design makes scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and reviewing analytics both simple and efficient. I love how quickly I can toggle between multiple profiles, ensuring I never miss an important comment or message. Plus, the in-depth reporting features help me analyze trends and refine my content strategy right from my phone. Overall, Sprout Social truly helps me stay on top of my social media presence anytime, anywhere. Highly recommended! -- b dolla $ign, 2025-01-29 ### *---- "Beware: Hidden Cancelation Stipulations for Overpriced Service" I’m very disappointed in Sprout Social. We’ve been faithful customers for a year, contributing $350 a month for 12-months for our church’s social media scheduling. We recently had an independent contractor support us during our Advent campaign in which she recommended using Later ($360 for the year!) which is much more cost effective and allows us to use our funds toward missions and outreach initiatives. When we reached out before our renewal date, we were told they already begun processing our renewal since we didn’t let them know 30 days before (we were not asked to sign an authorization to process this renewal). Despite pleas for a collaborative solution, we’re being continuously told we did not reach out 30 days prior (during Christmas, when our focuses were intentionally not on budget until 1/01). This will result in losing $4200 we don’t have budgeted for a service we won’t use. Please beware of Sprout! This is discouraging and deceptive communication that communicates they’re only in it for the money and not for the opportunity to support businesses, especially local nonprofits. -- Sally Cat, 2025-01-13 ### ****- "Great for what I use it for" As a streamer and content creator the app does exactly what I need it to. I can use the mobile publisher flow to share pics to multiple social profiles. Specifically I can easily add music to my images posted to instagram! 🎶🎸 Then I can generate reports on the go to see how well my vinyl collection posts are being engaged with! -- ddaypunk, 2024-12-11 ### ***-- "Helpful, but slightly complicated." I find this app extremely helpful for organizing and scheduling posts for my 4 businesses, but it is slightly complicated to figure out. There should be more videos or step by step instructions on how to use each section of the site because not everyone finds it easy to figure out on their own. -- Brady0206, 2024-11-11 ### ***** "Valuable response for us" As a sprout client for 4+ years, we have been very happy with the service, and enhancements they continue to make YoY! They make our job easier, save our team time, and give us the valuable insights we need to be great at what we do! -- MegRI23, 2024-10-23 ### **--- "Can’t download anymore" I noticed in my Smart Inbox that certain messages weren’t being shown, even though I was seeing them on my desktop. I updated my phone, restarted it, closed the app, and still, missing messages in the Smart Inbox even though I had every source selected. I finally decided to delete the app to clear the data, hoping that would help but now when I try to download it back to my phone, it times out and nothing is downloaded. Now I can’t even check the few messages on my phone, which is unfortunate since it is essential for me to view notifications while I’m away from my desktop. Hoping there’s a fix soon! -- KristiCOA, 2024-10-16 [View all Sprout Social reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Sprout Social Discovered Keywords -
