## SproutAbout Reviews in United States

### *---- "Doesn’t Actually Work"
Nothing about this app works. Not for the parents checking in on their child or for the caretakers checking in/out the children.
-- PotatoRoad, 2024-12-27

### *---- "Cameras haven’t worked in over a week"
Cameras haven’t worked at our location in over a week. This is extremely dangerous, FIX IT before lawsuits ensue
-- tori hufford, 2024-12-23

### *---- "Mandatory update"
App does what I want most of the time, but would not let me check my child’s health bulletin without an update. That is very frustrating when trying to figure out what my child was exposed to.
-- Dave0937483, 2024-10-25

### ***** "App works great"
I love the video feed, ability to message teachers, picture updates. Honestly it's impressive. I'm normally pretty pessimistic but I love this app
-- brantar311, 2024-10-25

### **--- "Lag time on notifications"
The notifications lag from the time they come through to actually showing up in the daily review from what I’ve noticed. I may get a notification about something and then I’ll go to open the app and see what time that the event took place and it won’t even be loaded in there.
-- JillianDAb, 2024-09-21

### ***-- "App is as advertised, could be better"
While the social media feed feature is a neat tool that allows you to see a feed of updates for only your child, it would be nice if the team could have made a desktop version of the app.

While trying to watch the livestream, my phone battery heats up and drains so much battery that I have to really only watch for a couple minutes at most, or risk the health of my phone battery.
-- Liverentfree, 2024-09-17

### **--- "Basically incompatible"
I don’t know what it’s like on the parent side, but it’s basically incomparable with anything smaller than an iPad (at least on the teacher side)
-- JoMarch16, 2024-09-10

### **--- "Karen Majors"
I have alot of trouble accessing the video component. My granddaughter has just transitioned to a new classroom and we want to check on her progress.
-- karenmajors, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Video Player Terrible"
Slow to load, choppy, gets stuck if you try to reorient
-- Sith Master Jobs, 2024-08-14

### *---- "Not a fan"
Either it’s something’s wrong the app or the cameras aren’t working at the school. It does not load and I can’t see my child. So inconvenient.
