I had booked for a cleaning window on our move out day and the window was 9-5 pm. We had to handover the keys to the leasing office around 6 and they informed that the booking is cancelled at 4 pm. This is the most unprofessional way ever where we had to shell out around 100$ to the leasing office because of them.

Downloaded app on 09/20, type in email and hit register, prompted a zip code search. Enter my zip code first time, it says no service available. Retry 2nd time then it says yes its available. but typing in property address does not do anything. killed app and retry couple times because of high reviews. same thing. broken app. lose trust.

Very disappointed with the job they charge 259.00 dollars and basically nothing was done rugs were not vacuumed floors were not mopped sinks were not cleaned countertop was not cleaned shower door was not cleaned stove was not cleaned the only thing clean was the fridge so I can say that I paid 259 dollars to clean my fridge and then I have to do there job so I can return the apartment keys I will not recommend there services.

I had a very disappointing experience with this cleaning service. The cleaner arrived late without any notice or apology. When they finally arrived, they had a poor attitude, seeming uninterested in the job and unwilling to listen to my specific instructions. I had clearly outlined a few areas that needed extra attention, but they either ignored or half-heartedly addressed them. Communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor—there was no clarity on the time, and when I tried to reach out for an update, I received no response. Overall, the service felt rushed, sloppy, and unprofessional. I expected much better for the price I paid and would not recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and courteous cleaning service. Zero rating. Please provide me a full refund.

I paid for a move-out clean which costs over $200. They had a list of things they don’t clean, but they didn’t mention *all* the things they DON’T clean until they’re in the apartment. I moved out of the city, so there was no way for me to go back and clean it. They finished very quickly, which made sense because I kept my apartment clean and I didn’t leave anything behind. But then I get the itemized list from my apartment and it said I didn’t clean the apartment entirely. So I paid over $200 for less than half an hour of cleaning yet I still had a cleaning fee taken from my security deposit? Huge waste of money.

Share an *exhaustive* list of things that are “in your scope” so customers can decide is the $239 is worth it. It wasn’t.

Showed up and then cancelled my appointment because my dogs were barking too loudly. My dogs were locked in their crates. They are dogs. They are going to bark. They will stop. They also said there was pee residue on my floors which is a complete lie! I have very large dogs and would know if there was pee on my floors. It’s a one bedroom apartment. The customer service wasn’t any better. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible experience!

### *---- "Shady Sneaky Company"
If this company thinks you no longer have possession of you apartment, they 100% take advantage of the fact that they believe the owner will not see the finished cleaning. I however popped back in with my SECOND set of keys to check on their job and it looked like absolutely nothing had been done. No carpet lines from being vacuumed, clumps of my dogs hair still everywhere. Inside of appliances still had uncleaned spills & my oven was not even touched inside or outside. My apartment wreaked of weed though. So if you want to pay $240 for someone to smoke weed in your empty apartment for four hours, Spruce has your back. Appalling service. And to "correct this issue" I was offered $60 out of the $240. I told them I still had possession of my apartment and that $60 was unacceptable. Then spruce began ignoring my emails. Obviously trying to run out the clock until I lose possession of my apartment. Hope Jocylen enjoyed being paid $180 to smoke weed all day🤬. Sneaky shady company. Would NEVER reccomend.

I chose the entry option “I will be home to let them in” NOT the option “get key from management” and yet without knocking or ringing the bell the maid just let herself in.  I was stepping out of the shower.   Why have entry options if you’re not going to honor them?

My housekeeper Rosalia contacted me when she was on her way and when she was done.  House was clean and she left checklist of things she did.  Felt very taken care of and overall had a great experience.

### *---- "Overpriced Service with Poor Cleaning and Support"
I am extremely disappointed with this housekeeping app and service. The cleaning quality is poor, and extra services like window cleaning are often not done properly, if at all. The customer support is terrible, and they arbitrarily decide when to close cases. They ignore extra instructions, making it feel like overpriced hotel room maintenance. 

The one time I needed a thorough cleaning due to spilled talcum powder, they refused to clean it, even though I hired their best service. All it required was a simple vacuum job, which should be standard. If you have no other option, go for it, but I do not recommend this service, especially if you can hire someone directly.

Please don’t waste your money on this so called company. I had schedule multiple services trying to receive something better every time, (giving them a chance) and the disappointments we’re always! The reason that brought me to write this review is the lack of professionalism apart from the bad cleaning services plus they won’t refund your money back! All the managers I talked to are very rude and comment on their own “perspective”. To make the story short, I had schedule a premium which costs around 117 and added some other additional add-ons which was extra 46 dollars! Once the Lady completed the cleaning I got back to my apartment only to find there was no cleaning done other than the bathroom were scratch and left with water stains. I added to get my fridge done and it was not even touched! Have proof of all. I emailed customer service which takes like 24hrs to respond and then all they told me was to send pictures which I did, after the pictures were sent they got back to me saying that they had given a 25 credit into the account for future services. Like WHAT, do you think I will be getting another service, no thank you! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE! just find a better day where you can clean yourself to be honest.

### *---- "Worst Customer Service Example. Save yourselves from trouble"
Mover shows up and is unable to communicate even one word of English, which made it tough to interact.  Had no intention to do the work. Not sure if they committed elsewhere and wanted to escape. After 10 minutes of using translator app to communicate, mover gives the call to her supervisor who now demands more money when I had already paid the full amount of $300. I never expected this from a professional company.  The worst is yet to come. I offered varuos options to move it out assuming they could accommodate. They gave a date 7 days out knowing that I needed the service today.

They canceled the service and now after 3 days have held $38 as cancellation fee. Do yourself a service and retain your peace of mind by doing it elsewhere, you will definitely get better quality, more economical by 5x and more transparency.

I paid for a premium cleaning with the time frame for 4 hours 

Maid arrived 1 hour late for appt
She left on time?

She vacuumed, mopped, changed the sheets (after I asked) wiped the windows, wiped counter tops, wiped shower, wiped bathroom counter

That is not a premium cleaning….that is a basic cleaning

What I expected of a premium cleaning would be: 
Washing the dishes
Washing the microwave
Pulling out appliances on counter top and cleaning behind them 
Cleaning above the stove top
Leaving the toilet drain white and clean
Taking out the trash
Wiping walls
Wiping baseboards

I contacted customer service and they gave me a $25 credit. 

Ummmno thanks! 

Don’t waste your time or money.

### *---- "App shouldn’t be trusted just like company shouldn’t be"
This company is absolute trash. My apartment needed to be cleaned after they left. They re-entered my apartment after service was complete. They swept piles of dirt into the property hallway and left it there. They scratched my floors, dusted nothing, and did not treat my items with care. I literally have video proof of EVERYTHING. I contacted the company and the only resolve offered was a $50 credit off my next service. Ummm….no! There will be no NEXT SERVCE! I have contacted our property manager and shown them videos. They are also appalled. I will be contacting the BBB and my bank next if not refunded in full in the next 24 hours. Now to leave reviews on Google and Yelp and anywhere else I can. Beware!! They called me a liar when I have video proof with time stamps. They go by the time stamps of their “staff” in their app. I don’t think the police will agree that their manual timestamps are more accurate than my ring doorbell. Also there is no customer service number and NO ONE WILL CALL YOU. These cowards hide behind an app. I asked for a phone number or for a manager to call me more than once. Want the reviews removed? Refund my money that you have stolen.

Spent over $100 for a clean and they were here not even 30 minutes wiped a couple things down and left. Customer service won’t refund me and I’ve sent them pictures of my house not being cleaned they just keep sending me I’m sorry emails. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THEM!!!
