Update is slow and sticky

Latest update is very slow and sometimes unresponsive when I click on items to add to my order. When I finally got to the payment screen it takes forever to load the payment details so I ended up just phoning to order.

Online Delivery Option

I think it would be super cool if the app included a delivery option as well and not just collection only.

Incorrect password

Every time I need to login I need to reset my password because it says my password is incorrect. Useless app.

Spur app

I am happy I can finally track my free R50 vouchers through the app. I didn’t even know that i had so many vouchers. Thank you spur!!!

Not helpful

There’s no email address or number to call when the app doesn’t recognise your mobile number and nowhere for the user to add their membership number. Frustrating

App doesn’t work

This app worked for a while but has now failed. There is a constant message saying that there is a server connection failure and that some features don’t work… I cannot even retrieve my membership number anymore.

IAN was a very good host and loved his Service

App is not working!

Since the app came out I have tried to login or register but can not do it ask to send a OTP but I never receive it. I have contacted support and they can not help me either. It just doesn’t work no matter what I try doing.

Login issues

The app constantly needs me to sign in again. When I do it says that there is no account registered on my cell phone nummber. When I create a new account it says an account already exists. Then I do a password reset. This only works for a few months until I need to login again and the whole process starts over. And around we go!
