Now on iPad, and on your wrist. Squall is the WOD timer that gets out of your way: readable across the gym, it never hijacks your music, and it never fires a cue while you're paused. Set it up in seconds and trust it completely. Now native on iPad — the same timer, full-screen, with a big landscape gym clock you can read from across the room. EARN YOUR TROPHIES — ACHIEVEMENTS Every session now earns badges — free, and all on your device. Chase 22 across milestones, personal records, streaks, grit, and variety, each climbing a bronze-to-diamond ladder with live progress. Unlock one and a 3D metal shield spins up against a stormy sky — then share it as a card or a short storm video. Tap the trophy in your Log any time. RUN IT FROM YOUR APPLE WATCH Leave your phone in the cubby and run a full workout from your wrist — AMRAP, For Time, EMOM, or Tabata, tuned with the Digital Crown. Haptic and audio cues, a complication to launch straight in, and it all syncs back automatically. HEART RATE & CALORIES, IN APPLE HEALTH Squall saves every session to Apple Health — free. With Apple Watch and Pro, a live session records real heart rate (min / avg / max) and active energy on your results and log. No Watch? It estimates calories from your work, sharpened by an optional weight in Settings. EVERY TIMER YOU TRAIN WITH • AMRAP — as many rounds as possible, with tap-to-log round counting • For Time — count up with an optional cap and lap splits • EMOM — every minute on the minute, including alternating stations • Tabata — classic 20/10 ×8, fully editable with sets and rest • Mix (Pro) — chain any stages of any type into one seamless workout, with a live total and a clear "NEXT UP" YOUR MUSIC STAYS YOURS Squall ducks your audio for a cue, then restores it. Keep Spotify, Apple Music, or a podcast playing the whole session. CUES THAT NEVER LIE Pause and every sound stops — no phantom beeps. Cues are scheduled for sample-accurate timing and keep firing with the screen locked. Beeps, voice cues, or both, with haptics you'll feel anywhere. COACH VOICES Use any installed iOS voice, or Squall's coaches — Ivy and Jon free; Hope, Mark, Elariel, and Jofra with Pro. BUILT TO BE GLANCEABLE Pick a running-screen face: a depleting radial ring, bold stacked numerals, or the split-flap Flipboard — all free. Go Pro for Retro Digital (amber LCD) and Pride. The whole screen shifts color by phase, on iPhone or iPad. LOCK SCREEN & DYNAMIC ISLAND (Pro) A branded Live Activity keeps your time remaining ticking on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island — rock-solid even when locked. HANDS-FREE & ACCESSIBLE Control it with Siri — "Start Squall." Full VoiceOver, Dynamic Type, and Reduce Motion throughout. NO ACCOUNT, EVER No sign-up, no login — Squall works fully offline, and your workouts and logs stay on your device. SQUALL PRO Go ad-free and unlock Mix, premium clock faces, unlimited saved workouts, premium coach voices, the Lock Screen / Dynamic Island Live Activity, and heart-rate & calorie tracking on Apple Watch. Before, I was checking my phone timer to see how many seconds I'm doing the plank, but right now with this app it's simple and easy. I just set a 20 minute plank, and then for each time I'm doing the plank I just press the button. Each set can have its exact time, and it's very easy and helpful to track my workout. -- bk.ryan, 2026-07-22 [View all Squall reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Squall In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Squall Pro - Monthly | 149.99 ₺ | | Squall Pro — Lifetime | 999.99 ₺ | | Squall Pro - Lifetime | 1,999.99 ₺ | ## Apps Similar to Squall - [Simply Yoga - Home Workouts](https://apptail.io/app/simply-yoga-home-workouts-Aab/turkey) - [AteMate Food Journal & Coach](https://apptail.io/app/atemate-food-journal-coach-Htk/turkey) - [Gymatic Workout Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/gymatic-workout-tracker-dhM/turkey) - [Eastland Herb–Chinese Medicine](https://apptail.io/app/eastland-herb-chinese-medicine-OFyb/turkey) - [Most High](https://apptail.io/app/most-high-AGyb/turkey) - [FaceLift- Face Yoga Exercise](https://apptail.io/app/facelift-face-yoga-exercise-BlIb/turkey) - [WOD Тренировки: фитнес дома](https://apptail.io/app/wod-trenirovki-fitnes-doma-Lczd/turkey) - [Pethyoeung e-Health ID](https://apptail.io/app/pethyoeung-e-health-id-YBge/turkey) - [Guava: Health Tracker](https://apptail.io/app/guava-health-tracker-aysg/turkey) ## Squall Available In - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/turkey) - [Dominican Republic](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/dominican-republic) - [Algeria](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/algeria) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/ecuador) - [Ghana](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/ghana) - [Israel](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/israel) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/india) - [Jordan](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/jordan) - [South Korea](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/south-korea) - [Panama](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/panama) - [Philippines](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/philippines) - [Paraguay](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/paraguay) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/singapore) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/thailand) - [Uzbekistan](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/uzbekistan) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/colombia) - [Vietnam](https://apptail.io/app/squall-wod-hiit-timer-KuOA/vietnam) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
