If your looking to grow your business, square has your personalized front desk clerk and will manage your business if you got a hectic schedule
The square app is always lagging
I love square but the app is always lagging. It doesn’t update the appointments on time and my team is always running behind because of this issue. For example: a team member had a client scheduled for 2 hours, then my receptionist booked her someone after. The client got here on time however the nail tech updated the service to take 3 hours but it didn’t update on the online booking. When the receptionist booked the client, it didn’t update on the nail techs side either so there was a delay in services and clients were upset. Really would like to keep using square but it is so unreliable at this point that I’m starting to doubt its efficacy. Might look into mangomint or other booking management apps

Square has made my business flow so smoothly.
Crashes so much
I work at a barber shop with a couple locations and whenever I switch between locations the app crashes. Also, at only one of the locations Square fails to load new appointments when people book until I sign out and sign back in. When your schedule is packed, this sets me back trying to figure out who’s next for their cut. At this point, I would love to switch to an entirely new booking service. It’s been this way for over a year.
