It doesn’t update the appointments on time and my team is always running behind because of this issue. For example: a team member had a client scheduled for 2 hours, then my receptionist booked her someone after. The client got here on time however the nail tech updated the service to take 3 hours but it didn’t update on the online booking. When the receptionist booked the client, it didn’t update on the nail techs side either so there was a delay in services and clients were upset. Really would like to keep using square but it is so unreliable at this point that I’m starting to doubt its efficacy.
