Absolutely unbelievable or should we say so unprofessional
After reading reviews including my own I have found that I am not the only one that has had money placed on hold retracted from their account and nobody can tell us where that money is and now that my account is disabled I can’t even get a hold of somebody without customer code so it’s either embezzlement or downright theft I would strongly deterrent any small business or large business to use this company and their app. To top that off a lot of people that leave one star reviews. I think people have this depiction of them that they’re not solid business folks will let me just tell you I am an electrical engineer with a masters degree and they just deactivated my account for absolutely no reason we engineers are very very by the book and I went through every piece of red tape to make sure I was licensed through my state. Had my business registered with the state had a bank account that had plenty of money in it with only business transactions and I got an email from them 13 days not like two or three like they were saying my account was deactivated please please please do not use SQUARE because I don’t wanna be one of those people that says I told you so because they are awful and I mean awful to deal with.

Issues Linking to bank account
Has lot of issues when it comes to linking an outside bank account. Verification team takes forever. They say it will take up to 4 days I’m now on business day #7. Support can’t do anything about it. Called 3 times now. On day 5, on day 6, and today day 7 still not verified. Funny how other systems can verify instantly but square is still in the Stone Age.
