When taking a picture of a new item the app sometimes locks up after taking the picture and I cannot ‘Use Image’. 
Also, creating a new PO first requires the items be added on a different section of the app rather than adding them while creating a PO, this is cumbersome.

I want to start off by saying really like the ease square gives me. It is much better to navigate then other online stores i have tried. However, even though i am still paying for a subscription i cannot make any transactions on my website through them even though all the emails they have sent say i should. Can't seem to get in touch with their customer service, and then email i have sent to them had gone unanswered. When i call there is no way to reach a real person, and the answering machine ask for some code i do not have. If i wasn't having trouble reaching their customer service to fix issue it would be four stores since i haven't gotten the chance to use them to sell my product.
