Hi I have been using this app for a couple of years now. Unfortunately I will never recover. But I’ve noticed a big difference from when I started. So Thank You it’s great app.

Squeeze now on watch

Mezzieb on

Australia

This app would be perfect if squeeze now was available on your smart watch. I don’t always have my phone with me when my watch notifies it’s time to squeeze with no option to squeeze now. Apple Watch seems perfect for this functionality.

So simple. So good. Every thing it needs to be and nothing it doesn’t.

Fantastic app

Reminds you gently, great for keeping stats, the bladder chart is easy and you can upload it for your therapist and doctor. Really helpful !

Best pelvic floor exercises

Annemm leura on

Australia

This is the only set of pelvic floor exercises I have actually kept up. The app is concise, easy to follow with sound advice. The reminder and record are great features. It works!

So much potential yet ingredients missing

Caydes50 on

The. cues to help you do the exercises are great. Love the info included in app As well. But…, I am quite disappointed you can’t set the app to give and audible notification when it’s time to do your exercises. Unless you watch the clock or are glued to your phone you just miss all your squeezes. The only option seems to be to set seperate alarms which kind of make the app a bit useless in my opinion. Also, I think the app should also include a bowel diary not just a bladder diary.

Great app, hope they bring back app feature

Moniqueclair on

I love this app, but the main reason I chose this one was because I could put it on my watch and complete my exercises inconspicuously, or on the go when I’m driving. I really hope developers focus on bringing it back in the future.

Watch feedback

Strawberry_Sundae on

Australia

I downloaded this post baby but had to disable it as the reminder image flashing up on my watch all the time was a little embarrassing! Please consider a picture that didn’t look like a busting lady!!

Watch screen doesn’t stay on throughout session

Would be better if you could make the watch version not turn off the screen during the session without having to change the permanent watch screen settings.
