## Squeezy Men Description
Squeezy has been designed by chartered physiotherapists specialising in Men's Health working in the NHS.

It is suitable for all men who want to do pelvic floor muscle exercises (also known as Kegel exercises).

Having pelvic floor muscles that are working well may help prevent problems such as premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction and urinary incontinence.

The app is particularly aimed at men who are seeing a specialist physiotherapist for problems connected to their bladder, bowels or pelvic floor muscles, as it can be tailored to a specific exercise programme and set to remind you when to do your exercises.

It is simple to use, discreet, informative and has helpful visual and audio prompts to support your exercise programme plus it maintains a record of the number of exercises you have completed.

Downloaded the app onto my iPhone and it’s working fine. Also downloaded to my iPad but would like it to sync with my iPad to enable easier viewing and logging of stats. Is there a way to sync both so that my data entries can be viewed on both or can I send current data to my iPad from my phone? Also tried to email the helpline and it says undeliverable.

I have used this app for a good few years after my prostatectomy and rely on it as a daily discipline to keep what would otherwise be my incontinence under control. I know the exercises work because if I get lazy and can’t be bothered to use the app my incontinence returns and after resuming it is improved.

I had a low anterior resection to remove a rectal tumour. I have some low anterior resection symptoms following the surgery. The app is helping me regain bowel control and reduce feelings of urgency. The reminders are a great way of making sure I remember to do the exercises, and the instructions are good too. Thanks for the app.

It would be nice to be able to build a custom plan that you can progress with..
10 reps is good.. but I would also like to use this in a way where can develop. 
E.g. 
Month 1: 10 reps, 12 seconds
Month 2: 15 reps, 15 seconds 
Month 3: 20 reps, 18 seconds

Or something like this

Useful to have reminders, timing and advice. A few things that could improve it: 1. Provide for doing 1 slow and some fast then repeat in the same session. 2. Timing of clicks in fast exercise is inconsistent and confusing. 3. If you miss a timed session and don’t complete the exercise before the next one it doesn’t seem to record both if you then do two sessions.

New version is useful but seems a bit erratic with its notifications. The calculation of stats is suspect too, e.g. if you plan to do 3 a day and do the first it counts that as 33% complete although you’re actually 100% on schedule.

It used to be possible to continue listening to music or radio with the clicks being audible in the background.  The app now pauses whatever was playing.   Minor niggle but would nice to go back. 
The reminders no longer respect whether an exercise has been competed e.g if if do a morning session early I still get prompts.  Which I’m sure didn’t used to be the case.  

Obviously I’m conscious that this is a free app and grateful for having it available!

Hi I am sure there was information recorded on the total squeezes you had done on the previous version of the app. Now it’s gone.  Not a major issue, but it was good to know. It’s a useful app to keep me motivated to do the pelvic floor exercises. Been using it for about a year now. It was recommended by the hospital physiotherapist. Reminders are great and adjustable
