Delay & cancel
Sudah 2x naik maskapai ini delay dan cancel kurang lebih -5/6 jam sebelum penerbangan. Yg paling parah sy beda kota dengan bandara dan sudah ditengah perjalanan tiba” dpat email penerbangan di reschedule ke hari berikutnya. Tanpa kompensasi apapun hnya diganti tiket tanpa tambahan biaya ataupun bisa full refund. Sngat mengecewakan.

Saya instal aplikasi ini karena ada promo utk pesan tiket pd tgl 10 Nov. 2020. Tp stlh di instal ternyata aplikasi dan website lemot pd saat mau akses dan pesan tiket. Entah tdk niat promo atau antisipasi yg kurang matang dr Sriwijaya. Saya rencana mau uninstall aplikasi ini.
