## SRP Power Description
The SRP Power mobile app for residential customers is a friendlier and faster way to pay your bill and manage your account. Whether you’re at home or on the go, accessing your SRP account is as easy as reaching into your pocket.

Key Features:
Daily Cost and Usage: See a snapshot of your energy costs and usage by the hour, day or month. If you’re enrolled in a Time-of-Day plan, you can even see how much energy you’ve used during on-peak and off-peak hours to optimize your savings.

Payments: View your balance and make payments quickly and securely from anywhere. Save payment information and even schedule future payments. If you’d like to make an in-person cash payment, you can access your digital cash payment card through the app.

Report and View Outages: When your power goes out, report it quickly and get estimated restoration times. You can also use the interactive outage map to see areas out of power along with the cause and number of customers affected.

Stay informed: Get push notifications that let you know about updates to your bill or payments, or power outages in your area.

Use your SRP My Account login to access the SRP Power app. Not signed up for My Account? No worries. You can register using your SRP account.

Note: Depending on your price plan, some features may not be available with this release.

## SRP Power Reviews in United States

### *---- "Crashes constantly"
Can’t even log in to the app. As soon as I enter my password or use Face ID, an error pops up saying I cannot be logged in at this time and to try again. Garbage app for a garbage company. I’d rate zero stars if I could…
-- tjdrummer, 2025-01-26

### *---- "Greedy Corporation"
This app is functional for paying your bill. It’s not very user friendly otherwise. Besides that SRP policies are atrocious. The app doesn’t proactively warn you to lay your bill BEFORE you are late. Want to guess why? Because SRP would rather charge you a late fee. Also, look at how they treat solar customers. It’s a threat to their business model, so they try to discourage free use any way they can.
-- words wih freinds expert, 2024-11-05

### *---- "Billion dollar monopoly can’t make an app"
Crashes every time I use it
-- Kornow, 2024-08-17

### *---- "Data lags one day"
Usage data on the app lags one day behind the web site.
-- TNGFan1, 2024-07-11

### *---- "Can’t Stay Signed In"
The app became useless when they took away the feature that allows customers to remain logged in on their device and easily glance at their usage etc
-- Dooofderder, 2024-06-26

### *---- "Doesn’t work for iPhone zoom mode"
I use my iPhone display in Zoom mode for larger text and the SRP menus are all cut off and messed up. They need to fix this.
-- Another User69, 2024-06-17

### *---- "Still no solar stats in 2024"
Title says it all.
-- 虾膜江, 2024-06-14

### **--- "Limited app for 2024"
You can only view past usage and pay your bill. Why can’t I view my current bill? I shouldn’t have to log into my computer to view my bill on the website.
-- respectmyauthori-tah, 2024-05-25

### *---- "APP is TRASH"
This app doesn't even hold your information. You're better off just going the long route and pay your bill from site. I don't understand why SRP refuse to fix this. They know their app doesn't work well. I've told them over the phone and I'm pretty sure others have as well. And now, my bill has doubled which is unusual. It's usually at 2 different prices that's reasonable when using my air.
-- Dopest Queen D, 2024-05-10

### *---- "Can no longer view usage"
I used to be able to view daily power usage. That’s no longer available. Way to go back in time and “dummy the app SRP.”
