SS Coaching is a 360 bespoke health, fitness & wellbeing platform. 

No 'one' program we deliver is the same, because we truly believe in individualisation and creating a plan which will work around you, not the other way round. We believe that every woman should have the accessibility to build sustainable habits which will serve you for life, not just 6 weeks! We deliver strength based programmes, we have video demonstrations with voiceovers and subtitles, so there is no guess work for you. We want you to feel confident when going into the gym and organised with habits and nutrition when you are outside of the gym! You will have the option of daily habit tracking and weekly check in's for any additional support. Every Program is bespoke & tailored to your training environment and wellbeing goals, inclusive of your lifestyle & nutritional needs. We have additional resources and recipe books at no additional cost which you can find in the app, which gives you all of the education you need to build a lifestyle you are proud of for life, and finally ditching the 'all or nothing' yo-yo dieting mindset.
