The app is full of bugs. Never loads or just shows errors. The “view bill”has never worked. Please fix!!

Seven attempts to register an account using the app before giving up. Text scrambled on the screen

Not giving out, just reporting a bug. When reverted back to the app after clicking the link in the registration email, nothing happens. The “check your email” message remains and doesn’t disappear. If you click “close” it reverts you back to the Home Screen.

Since I’ve moved house the thing doesn’t work. Can’t input my electricity units, can’t see my bill, it barely loads.

Data is old and doesn’t update. I can’t see my latest bill.

There are no features on this app. With a smart meter I would expect much more, all you see is your last bill and your account settings. Not much use.

impossible to use it

Resetting password impossible. You end up creating a new registered account! How does that even happen? Poor design and obviously no proper testing. Avoid the app.

App is ok to check a few things but it appears not optimised for mobile. Also impossible to submit a meter reading through the app.

I have been on to Customer Support numerous times over the last month about constant error messages on this app. I cannot see my bills at all or put money off my account. It used to be very reliable and no amount of uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the history or clearing the cache has resolved it. Very poor response from CS.
