## SSYS Reviews in United States

### ****- "Can get Popclips working…"
Great app and company to shop from!! Love these ladies. However, I’ve
Deleted and redownloaded the app several
Times and can’t get Popclips working. Can’t figure it out!?
-- Lovin' the Free Singles, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Items not received"
No No No - my order was never received - but it was on my cc !!! After many calls and attempts to reach out - Still Nothing - Not Again !!!
-- scotties rock, 2022-06-22

### ***-- "Shopping app"
The app is easy to use and I love the clothing but shipping takes forever! I purchase a lot of clothing online for myself and my daughters and this is most definitely the longest ship times. Sometimes 10-12 days to ship. I can customize a trunk full of clothing from Nordstrom and have it shipped in less than half the time and send back what I don’t want. Usually for the same price. I like it, just wish the shipping was more reasonable.

### **--- "Do not shop this boutique or this app"
I literally never do this, but I just have to tell you all that I have never been more frustrated by an online shopping experience before. Every experience I have had with your store has been unpleasant. Your sizing is very off. Everytime the description for an item is "TTS" I have ordered my normal size of Large. I am literally a size Large on just about every online retail store I shop at. But everytime I go with my TTS size, the items have been HUGE. I finally stopped believing your TTS descriptions and ordered one size smaller on a couple dresses I purchased in the fall and when they came, they did actually fit. However, the first time I washed them, following the directions included on the tag, they shrank in length at least 3 good inches. So now I can't wear them for fear of showing off my butt. Your return policy of only offering store credit is beyond frustrating, particularly when you have such a short 14 day return window. I am now stuck with credit to your store for returned items and I don't even want to purchase ANYTHING else from your store since it either likely won't fit or the quality will be poor and it may shrink. But in an effort to at least get SOMETHING for my money, I did purchase another shirt from you through your app. Only to find that I can't even use your store credit gift card on your app. How does that make sense?! How can someone not use YOUR store credit gift card on YOUR OWN APP? Not knowing at the time that that was the policy, I purchased the shirt anyway on the app as there were only a couple left and I couldn't find it on your website to purchase there. I thought maybe it had been a glitch with the gift card so I emailed you all immediately to say I was trying to use my credit to purchase the top and could someone please help me apply the credit to that purchase. And the only response I got from you all was that "gift cards don't work on the app." I went back to the email I received about the gift card credit and NO WHERE does it say they can't be used on the app. In fact I couldn't find that mentioned anywhere! Your customer service is just completely lacking. I can't understand why you all wouldn't want to try to help me make that right. And then I come to find out that said shirt hasn't even shipped out and it has been 10 days since I purchased it, "because you're only printing shipping labels once a week"?!?! And don't even get me started on the 15% return restocking policy. I promise you that this will be the LAST

### ***** "The BEST"
Best boutique ever! They are go good with fit details and love how I don’t see their clothes all over other boutiques. Only place I buy my clothes from these days! Great customer service too!

### ***** "Best Shopping EVER!"
I have been shopping this app since July 2020 and am addicted! The owner Mallory has a fabulous collection of everything from clothing, athleisure wear, shoes and accessories and more! They give you great try on videos with perfect sizing advice. CHECK IT OUT LADIES- you won’t regret it! 🥰

### ***** "Best Online Boutique!!"
I was introduced to SSYS a couple years ago by a friend and it quickly became my go-to shop for all the cute clothes. It offers affordable, on trend, quality pieces that make me feel confident and put together. Mallory and team provide honest reviews of the items and nail sizing recommendations. They only sell items they truly stand behind. The app provides an easy shopping experience too!

Absolutely wonderful boutique to shop. Chic, classy and on trend styles at greats price points. Owner and her ladies are very informative on sizing, styling and just fun to shop with. Clothing collections are very well thought out and great for older teens to older ladies. I have always been pleased with all my purchases.
