I find it difficult to navigate and find what I am searching for. During a recent hospital stay the documentation was easy to find and print as needed. The insurance I carry has an increased co-pay fee to see a specialist, then you submit a bill to the insurance, the insurance company then pays what they feel your services are worth, then since the insurance doesn’t pay the entire amount you asked for you stick the balance back to me. Guess what, I’m not paying for the balance either. It is definitely not user friendly. I have an unusual diagnosis that every clinician I have come across doesn’t know what it is. I have had to explain it to ER techs and doctors and phlebotomists. If anyone uses the St. Luke’s Health Network for healthcare, I would highly recommend downloading this app!
