If you have the chance to avoid this app, you will be doing yourself a favor. It has a difficult user interface & even if you have a direct line to the company, it will be extremely challenging to accomplish anything with it. We were fortunate enough to cut our losses the day before an event and switch to liveheats which was a breeze to set up & made life easier on the day-of competition.
