Overpriced, doesn’t give you any estimated shipped days. Weird app set up, does specify if some shoes are men’s or women’s. Once an order is placed it can be cancelled or exchanged. I would never recommend this store to anyone I actually like.

I have ordered several pairs of footwear from Stadium Goods. They have the best selection of hard to find authentic footwear on the web; along with the best pricing. Each order is well-packaged and arrives sooner than expected. I recommend there site/app to any fellow "sneakerhead!

Some how the house number of the billing address was placed on the shipping label . I called UPS and they said the company had to change it even though was the same street just a block away. Stadium goods was of no help and this was a christmas gift for my nephew in another state BEWARE I WILL DISPUTE MY CC CHARGE

I made a Cyber MOnday purchase for my wife for Christmas. 3 days later I get an email that the item is not in stock despite showing that it is and that my 15% discount for Cyber Monday will not be honored. I asked for at 15% discount on another item and they basically told me too bad. Did research and they had my item in stock. THEY LIED about the item being in stock and decided that they would rather not honor my purchase and try to sell the item for someone else for 15% more. I hope it was worth it bc everyone needs to know my story.

I tried for hours to log in to my account during the checkout process. I tried to change my password several times to no avail. Still haven’t received the email to do so! I eventually just checked out as a guest!

I was searching for a sweater I’ve been wanting when I saw that stadium goods had them in my size the purchasing process was so simple and was very stress free thank you stadium goods.

On September 30 i use stadium goods website to purchase Halloween Nike GS dunks ORDER # JS33MX. and a package arrived on October 7. The package was completely open and stolen, a delivery driver has stolen my Nike dunk GS shoes and stadium goods has done nothing about it over a full month. Today is November 12, 2024 over a months ago, I have sent my evidence proof of how the package look been completely completely open when it has got delivered, busted open, nothing in it, but almost 100 make up sponges, and nothing to do with my shoes. Stadium goods has done nothing but constantly email me the same information. Stadiums does not give out no credit, no refund, or even no money back for one of your shoes have not arrived. I am very dissatisfied, disappointed, and very baffled by the unprofessionalism to handle a customers issue of the package being stolen. The package being stolen has nothing to do with the customer, but stadium goods you could’ve at least done something by giving out a credit or any type of refund for the $86 that was spent. at the end, the customer service has ended my claim of my shoes missing as sending me a proof of delivery. Which makes it so funny that of course the package got delivered, but it does not have my product in it and the fact that they use the UPS proof of delivery receipt after delivery driver has stolen the shoes so didn’t say I will not be getting a refund is very unprofessional. Please do better. I will never purchase from here again. Customer service is a zero out of 10, a month you cannot fix an issue of somebody else and you cannot give them an $86 credit or refund. I would never purchase from here again thumbs down.
