## Stamps.com Mobile App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Don’t waste your time, these guys are total trash… pretty much a scam."
Going to the actual post office is a far better experience and way to spend time, than to do anything on stamps.com app or website. It just doesn’t work… it’s pure junk and the company should be sued and shut down. Total crooks and scammers behind this company. Don’t bother adding money, it will just keep saying you have insufficient funds and you can’t get the money you’ve added back. So pathetic
-- Sodastreamer, 2025-01-04

### *---- "This app has so many glitches"
This app needs a lot of work to get to five stars. I would say over half the time it doesn’t even generate a label.
-- AmandaDow87, 2024-12-06

### *---- "This app is a scam"
They took $1 with me without my authorization and won’t let me remove my payment method. $1 is only $1 but it was unauthorized and means they can and most likely will take more money out. Yes I’m a real customer don’t fall for the “bad reviews aren’t real customers 🤓” reviews. You having a good experience doesn’t mean others do.
-- Shopingcarter, 2024-11-24

### *---- "Unbelievable!"
They locked me out of my account as soon as I made it and took money out of my card just to “verify” it.
-- asdfjuhgc xvio9fgu90, 2024-11-24

### ***** "Easy and simple to use."
The Stamps.com platform for iOS is pretty fantastic! I can easily print from my iPad or my phone. And I can use them interchangeably anywhere!
-- Dave NORCAL, 2024-11-20

### *---- "I HATE it when this happens!"
Besides CHANGING THE CASE of the first character in my username, the app also fails to remember my password!

ZERO FOR 2!

Other than that, we’re off to a good start: you know - FIRST IMPRESSIONS are so important!
-- wittol2b, 2024-11-14

### *---- "Bad"
Do not download this app if you expect to buy any other shipping except UPS or USPS.
-- SilveyTradingCompany, 2024-11-08

### *---- "Basically a Scam"
do not use this app. the qr codes work half the time & it takes an hour for customer service to figure it out. was told “theyve never seen this issue” and yet it happens to me repeatedly
-- R100!!, 2024-10-21

### *---- "st*mps"
app lets you sub on phone then makes you go through a computer class process to cancel it, honestly didn’t even know i subbed to this trash this is like the 3rd month and i just couldn’t be bothered since my computer was broken hope stamps hq is sucked into a typhoon by 12:00pm EST tonight
-- John Desquarious, 2024-09-10

### *---- "The website"
The website is so horrible doesn’t even operate correct can’t cancel your account if I could rate no star I would
