Without being funny, I think Standard Bank should withdraw this app. The difference between what it is intended to do and what it actually does is enormous. Today I loaded the app and made three separate trips to log my driving style and reduce my insurance premium - the app only recorded one trip. In addition the app does not remember my login details This app does not do justice to the level of service normally provided by SB Hans

The app doesn’t proceed beyond the OTP screen. OTP messages are never delivered and I cannot continue the login process.  Very poorly developed app and a worse user experience. 

Even the latest version of the app presents the same issue. 

How this app even passed the QA process is a miracle.

This app is very poor. It uses up my battery as it supposedly tracks my drive. Since download on 30 May it has picked up a 13 minute drive, normally I drive 2/3 hours a day lifting my children to activities. The cursor keeps refreshing but nothing gets added. I called Standard Bank Insure they can’t help me. Apparently need to advise the developers. A waste of time and data just logging on. Login is painful. Face recognition would be best. I too would like to know what other benefits do I get with this app?? Rewards … Standard bank insure consultant know nothing about it the rewards Uber vouchers etc. 
The app is not working please note a new option has been given an otp which gets rejected!!! Please don’t waste our time and money on data.
