Patients always need to call the office during working hours for scheduling. Instead of worrying about getting lost, I opened the app, clicked on the Navigate the Hospital tile, and easily found the Bass Center in the directory. The navigation worked just like a GPS for walking, guiding me right to the door with precise directions.
