Working fine until big update
The app is slow but it is working fine. Until they decide to update it then nothing work. The carpool feature stopped working, I called multiple times but it never got fixed

When you purchase your daily parking permit in the app, you will get a unique QR code in your reservation confirmation. When you arrive at the garage, tap the QR code on your phone to zoom in, then scan the QR code at the entry machine. When leaving the garage, simply tap & scan again at the exit.

Impressive that an institution that makes as much money as it does puts forth such a garbage app. Bravo to the developers sticking it to the man—if that is indeed the true motive.
Slow, crash, burn...
When it works, it's great.... which is not often. Then, it gets updated and crashes....
Awful app
“Leader of innovation”. Can’t get a parking app right. Been late to work so many times because the passes don’t load or don’t work. And now the app won’t load.
Many glitches
This app has so many glitches it isn’t even funny, takes forever to load and most days it will not open. It redirects me to the App Store to upgrade the app even if I upgrade the app it still does not open.
Worst app in history of apps
Absolutely awful. Works only 30% of the time. Crashes often, does not open often, and unable to purchase a parking pass multiple times a month.
Never works, I should be getting PAID to use this terrible app
Terrible app. Waste of my time bc constantly crashes. I can’t believe Stanford really uses this pathetic excuse of an app

Software upgrade Fail!!
They updated the app and now no one can book parking . Epic fail !
