## Stan's Donuts & Coffee Reviews in United States

### ***** "Great donuts and great app"
The app has been very easy to use and for years ive never had a problem. Once i preorder on way to work but put in wrong location. They still care of me and made it seemless
-- Lady doobie, 2024-12-05

### *---- "Doesn’t save time"
Two orders in a row had issues. Had to wait 20 minutes after ordering 15 minutes before arriving. Then second order, I selected day of pick up and it ordered it for next day. Stood there waiting for food only to find out this. Got no breakfast that time. Couldn’t wait. Overall deleted app, will order in line if i choose to come back.
-- jimboblove, 2024-09-23

### *---- "Too many bugs"
The app glitches almost every time I try to use it. Order ahead is not available. When I try to place a pick up order it tells me the earliest pick up time is tomorrow. It happens EVERY TIME
-- Disappointed client 11111, 2024-08-11

### ***-- "Great food, poorly designed app"
I love Stans! They’re great! But what’s not great though is this app. Constantly glitching, inaccurate inventory, error messages that make mobile ordering extremely frustrating, location services are cronad at best. Not user friendly at all. The whole app needs an update and refresh.
-- JdF193, 2024-07-31

### *---- "Stop being underhanded"
Idk why you guys removed the option to leave a message about the order in the app. I always wanna get an iced coffee but no way to say “less ice” on there anymore. And why do you sneakily add a tip? Next time i accidentally order without removing it since I’m picking the order up, I will cancel the order altogether.
-- d0ves1, 2024-07-29

### *---- "Hate this app"
There are way too many buttons to click and lists to scroll through just to order a donut. Take a lesson from the Starbucks app or even Foxtrot.
-- Misc11, 2024-07-20

### ***** "Best Coffee/Breakfast"
In town visiting family, this is a MUST GO TO!!!
-- ptparas, 2024-07-15

### ****- "Sneaks a tip in automatically"
The app works fine but I find it extremely annoying that I have to remove the tip which it automatically adds. Tipping is just out of control and this app is a great example of this. They honestly think it’s OK to throw in a tip, on our behalf, for services we haven’t even received yet? WHY?
-- kmb523, 2024-06-29

### *---- "Order Ahead is Broken"
The new app is terrible. You can no longer order ahead. Each time you try, it errors and defaults to placing an order for the next day. Absolutely terrible. Bid out to the cheapest dev shop, I’m sure.
-- KevN196, 2024-06-22

### ***-- "Server Error"
My app was working just fine months ago. Now when I try to log in it tells me there’s a error returned from the server. No need for an update. Not sure what happened.
