The app works fine but I find it extremely annoying that I have to remove the tip which it automatically adds. Tipping is just out of control and this app is a great example of this. They honestly think it’s OK to throw in a tip, on our behalf, for services we haven’t even received yet? WHY?

The new app is terrible. You can no longer order ahead. Each time you try, it errors and defaults to placing an order for the next day. Absolutely terrible. Bid out to the cheapest dev shop, I’m sure.

My app was working just fine months ago. Now when I try to log in it tells me there’s a error returned from the server. No need for an update. Not sure what happened.

App does decent at what it’s for. Seems like each location struggles with how to utilize it to its fullest ability and some days the orders don’t go through at all in the store. The services at each location are very questionable at best. Consistency is not key and makes for a hard understanding of what the product is truly supposed to taste like or look like.

the app straight up doesnt work. they emailed me for a birthday promotion so I tried to use it. the app gave me three errors before i could submit my order. then after it asked me to sign it after i already signed in. i wont give them my money. i wont be going back ❤️❤️

The Stan’s app is completely useless. Half the time it has a bug and won’t let me place an order for pickup or delivery. If I can get it to accept a pickup order it’s a coin flip as to whether or not what you order will be there when you go to pick up. If one type of donut is out of stock and you can’t substitute (like you need Glutenless for your child with Celiac) they’ll tell you they’re too busy to issue the refund on the spot but will keep the receipt to do it later. And never actually issue a refund. This has happened multiple times but when one kid needs glutenless there aren’t many other options. Avoid this app and avoid Stan’s in General unless you want your time and money wasted.

It’s not letting me create a new account. How do I disconnect my phone number from the app, so I can create a new account?

When I originally got the Stan’s app, you could easily connect a credit card for payment via a QR code. Now, you cannot provide a credit card and have to load money into the app. You also can’t scan a QR code for payment. You have to provide a code to the cashier for your rewards and then another code to provide payment. I have no idea who thought this would be easier but they may want to consider another line of work.

I love Stan’s but not the new app. It randomly logs me out and then I cannot get back in due to server errors. The old app worked with no hiccups. Now I find myself skipping a Stan’s trip when the app is malfunctioning.

The default tip option makes me not want to order from here. Pay your workers. I don’t want to worry about what happens to my order when I manually remove a tip from a pickup order.
